Gorki Apartments Domodedovo

I stayed at the Gorki apartments back in September and enjoyed every moment of it. The rooms were beautifully designed incredibly comfortable and the service was excellent. The location also a plus. I then decided to return next week but given the global pandemic and that the numbers are the highest that they have ever been my company asked me not to come as it was going to be too dangerous. I communicated with the hotel and ask them for a refund and or a credit for a future travel. They have denied me this. I think that this is outrageous business and it’s unfortunate because I will never ever do business with this company ever again. Have they offered me even a credit to come back again that would be acceptable but to take my money during a global pandemic is despicable
