Booked last minute to get a one night stay. At arrival called Urban Homy servicedesk and they remotely opened all doors, to let me in to the apartment. The lady told me: you can find the key cards on the table. But unfortunately there was no key card. Also the apartment smelled terrible, due to people intensively smoked inside. The lady told me to be patient and she should organize a key. After half an hour, I called her again but still nothing organized. Due to the missing key, I also didn't had access to the bath room. After one hour called again and she asked me to search again, since the key should be in the room. But nothing was there and she didn't really had an idea how to solve the issue. She told me to be patient, while they were working on a solution. I lost my patience and cancelled the booking and left the apartment. Of course due to late cancellation, I had to pay the full amount

Ich habe für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel viele Male gebucht, einfach weil es sehr nahe einem Autobahnkasten A4 liegt. Nichts zu sagen im Allgemeinen, große Zimmer, gutes Essen, Parkplatz. Die einzigen Dinge, die ich nicht gefallen ist die Anwesenheit der Schmuck auf dem Boden der Zimmer, die oft schmutzig und gemackt ist, und für jene, die mehrere Stunden im Zimmer verbringen, um sich wie ich zu entspannen, Die Präsenz von Fernsehsendern vor dem Krieg, die manchmal überhaupt nicht funktionieren, wie es mir gestern geschah.

( Gemüse, Bar, Waschbecken und Stadtzentrum) Freundliches Personal, besonders derjenige, der in unserem Zimmer sauber ist sie speziell 🩷 ( Tameena ) Die Art und Weise, wie sie das Zimmer sauber war top 🔝. Auch die Leute in der Rezeption sehr nett. Wir haben die Küche an diesem war sehr hilfreich. Das Hotel nahe für trekking und Spaziergänge.
