As our room is the family room so it is on the ground floor. No view from the small windows. The sand from the cave ceiling of our room drops every few minutes in the bathroom and on the bed! More lightings are needed. Breakfast is pretty decent not fantastic. Location is superb. No toothbrush and toothpaste are supplied.

Wonderful small hotel run by a lovely helpful team. Great location 100 meters from the main street, but with the quiet & charm of the meandering back streets. The breakfast on the terrace was outstanding - undoubtedly the best food we have eaten in Turkey & an incredible range of interesting delicious options.

We appreciated this location, everything is local and traditional: rooms, hotel and breakfast. People in the hotel suggested us a very nice Turkish spa too and they booked for us too. Good level of cleaning and room was not noisy. Suggested!

I had the most beautiful time here! All of the facilities were the most amazing value for the price, we had the best view's for balloons in Goreme from the terrace, and came back most evenings to sit here with a drink or a tea! What made this trip was the lovely staff, especially Zeynep the chef, who were all so warm and friendly. The extra snacks and drinks when sitting upstairs were really appreciated, and everyone went the extra mile to ensure we were having the best time, whilst not being overbearing at all.

Wow simply amazing this was my first trip to turkey with my boyfriend and we booked this last minute in June … everything was perfect the communication from first booking was really helpful and the staff were all so helpful friendly and attentive even sorting accommodation extending an extra day and transfers etc They suggested great food recommendations - top deck and dibek! Food was sooo good the breakfast spread amazing 🤩beautiful little place and I wish you all the best and hope to definitely come back too :) thank you x

Caftan is amazing! The staff were incredible! They helped us make bookings, do laundry, and were so accommodating. Couldn’t be happier with the location of Caftan too. I highly recommend this place if you speak English, they understand very well. Shout out to Bayrum and Tarum, best service ever!

We were welcomed with warm hospitality and a smile. We stayed here so we could have a Turkish breakfast and have a good view of the hot air balloons, it was perfect! The balcony is breathtaking and the Turkish breakfast was delicious and abundant. The rooms were nice and comfy as well. We were a family of 8 and they accommodated all of us nicely. I would most definitely recommend a stay here!

I really recommend this hotel, location is great , friendly staff and helpful in everything you need like booking a shuttle, tours ,and the breakfast well done by lovely lady who cock with love ❤️ sunshine and sunset amazing from terrace for photos🧚🏻‍♂️

The staff, mostly Tugan, could not do enough for us. Planned our entire itinerary upon arrival. Helped with re-booking hot air balloons after cancelled weather cancelations, restaurant bookings, transfers. Nothing was too hard. Zeynep would have to create the best breakfast I have ever had. It was so delicious on a roof top terrace overlooking Goreme. 9 rooms total 🙌🏽

Am physically stair challenged so not ideal for me nevertheless charming and well located. Thurgood the wonderful receptionist made it worthwhile. He is a gem. Did everything to make the stay great and we all loved him. Capadocia is worth the trip do not miss! We will have to return as the weather was windy and balloons were canceled.
