I like everything bout this hotel. Location is great so is the guest service. Everything was high tech from the floor heating, the lighting system and the sensor sensitive toilet. Washing machine is provided in the room. The owner help me to dry my cloth before leaving for kunming. Thats very nice of her. Everyone please book and stay here. You are well taken cate off.

No need to think twice, definitely top recomended. The room very big, clean, and very modern system lighting on off using siaodu aplication (tab). Mr Liu also can free pick up to railway station/airport. Near the ancient city around 20 minutes walk. Mr liu and his wife very helpful. His wife inform us how to booking balagezong tour and how to take bus no 3 to shangrila. Another trick to inform, when go to shangrila, just buy 1 way trip inner bus shangrila since in front of shangrila temple, there is bus no 3 waiting back to city (hotel), but we dont know the time table, at that time 16.00 pm. And everynight we got delicious hot cow milk from mr liu, it's good to warm the body.

Owner here very friendly and the hotel very comfortable and super comfy.. very recomended to stay here for short and long staycation.. please choose this place guys🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and high tech. The staff was incredible - from providing snacks and tea, to recommendations, to even going so far as to take us on a tour of the countryside and out for chicken rice noodles, we had the best time in Shangri-La because of them. We would 100% recommend staying here!

The staff are full of hospitality and very helpful with the services especially, transportation from-to airport. The room is exactly the same as in the picture displayed on trip.com very comfortable and spacious enough for people and large baggages. Location is not far from the Ancient Dukezong with 10-15 min walk.

Room is AI controlled which is fun. Not equipped with aircond which is not a problem due to the cooling weather. Towel was one-time used (tissue like) but once we ask for it, we were provided with a proper towel. Good service

Friendly staff/ owner + a young ragdoll “ji xiang”! Hotel was clean and well located. Walking distance to dukezong, highly recommended.

A lot of halal food nearby (walking distance) also can walk to dukezong ancient town but we choose to take Didi. Hotel host very very nice. She provide yak milk every night. Also the hotel provide free transfer to train station. The best part is this hotel got bidet

Lovely family who will help younin everything you need, they kept our luggage during some days and the man deove us early in the morni g back to the train station. The facilities are new and super clean

Strongly recommend if you're looking for clean room , large and nice decoration . feeling good with good night milk. All facilities provided such as oxygen, Floor heating, Chinese Speech Recognition.

The room is small compared to what was shown in the pictures.. There is no heating in the roo, m and it gets very coo in the middle of the night.
