Spectacular Stay at Zoetry Hotel for Our 22nd Anniversary!
Zoetry Hotel is a truly spectacular place to stay, especially for couples looking to reconnect and celebrate special occasions. My wife and I chose Zoetry for our 22nd anniversary, and it turned out to be the most romantic stay we've ever experienced.
The views from all areas of the resort are absolutely incredible, adding to the overall charm and relaxation of the atmosphere. What truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and valued. We were fortunate to have our own private butler, Genesis, who went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was memorable.
Genesis was not only professional but also incredibly friendly and accommodating. She helped with all the little surprises I had planned for my wife, making our anniversary celebration even more special. Her attention to detail and genuine care for our experience made a lasting impression on us.

This hotel has pros and cons.
Pros:
The views are stunning. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Butler service very convenient. Some staff are friendly/welcoming. Sunset cruise. Complimentary airport shuttle service with great drivers.
Cons:
Food options are limited (the same menu every day). The wait time for food and drinks is 40 minutes to an hour. Restaurants and bars noticeably understaffed. Guest will set their towels on the pool chairs early mornings and disappear, leaving no space for other guests. You are an hour away from the main attractions and will have to pay for an expensive taxi ride to go to other places. No entertainment.
Overall, this hotel was not what I expected, especially for the price. Definitely not a 5-star. Property has lots of potential thought with a little bit more effort.

Zoetry had its ups and downs. It is very far from main attractions so you do better for the price you are paying stay in the southern region of the island or on a beach front. The food was the same everyday which got old very fast. The pool is small and there isnt much to do on the resort. Very much a 65 crowd not for younger people. The rooms are spacious and nice however. Overall the lack of variety and activities to do for FREE given youre paying 650$ a night is zero to none stay somewhere else. The open bar service was very slow took about 30 mins

They did keep our bags after check out so we could use the beach!

My husband and I stayed here for a few days on a nice, relaxing getaway. We were blown away with the views and how unique this hotel is. The service was great and the food was delicious. The only negative thing about this hotel is the beach it’s connected to. It’s hardly a beach and it’s not private, locals and other tourists are coming and going all day. We noticed most of the hotel guests hangout at the pool.

Solo Traveler - I had the pleasure of staying at this property for my birthday. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I attended an exclusive presentation through UVC and received $400 in spa credit which was a real treat. There are a few restaurant options to enjoy and the view was breathtaking. I also took advantage of a tour that included the Soufriere, mud bath,waterfall, lunch, and sugar beach.
If you stay at this property, just be prepared to hike up hills and steps, oh and have that bug spray ready...lol.
All in all, it was a great experience for a solo Traveler and others.

We spent 5 nights at this gorgeous property on Marigot Bay. TL;DR: we had a great time and left relaxed and happy. The staff were friendly, the food was delicious, and our room was clean and quiet. The beach is a very short ferry ride away and the two pools are clean and drinks were always available.
A few areas of improvement:
1) consider adding more loungers by the pool or allow renting of cabanas. There never seemed to be enough chairs and people would just leave their towels to “save” a spot and then never come back.
2) remind staff about attention to detail when replenishing the room amenities (for example: towels would be taken but not replaced, coffee pods were hard to come by, and water wasn’t consistently replenished in the fridge)
3) encourage more of a team environment. It was clear that concierge and staff communication was poor. For example, we booked a private romantic dinner and when we confirmed day-of with the concierge, they told us a different time from what the waiter and chef were told so we were late for our reservation.
Overall, we’re easy going and had very few problems. If we ever go back to St. Lucia, we would stay here again.

The service for meals was very slow and often missing items we had asked for. We waited 35 minutes one evening after we were seated and finally my husband got up to ask someone to come over to take our order or even get us water. The items marked gluten free weren't really GF since they still contained soy sauce (which contains gluten). However, the rooms were nice. There are others allowed on the property so you will be asked constantly your room number and last name to make sure you are allowed to go where you are walking. That was a little odd (this is walking along the pier where the sailboats and yachts are docking) or when going to the gym. There are 2 restaurants per meal included with the all inclusive so if you have allergies/food intolerances your choices will be pretty limited. And even though you give those issues ahead of time they don't mark your room number down when you are seated, so you have to re-explain these every single meal. All in all, pretty island but not the resort for us. We have been to all inclusive resorts that handled all areas much more smoothly and where the staff was very friendly. Here the butlers and the front desk staff were the really only friendly folks.
