"This is the second time I stayed with Dorsett, the last time is in February 2025, I had a great experience so I returned. This time I have to move my room 3 times. The first room due to no hot water on the tap, the second one due to the shower head hose burst with leaking spray, the manager was very apologetic for the repeated inconvenience and upgraded us to a executive room with complimentary breakfast. While I am a bit annoyed with the repeated moving, I am impressed with the manager's gesture for keeping customers happy. The another thing I like the hotel to improve is to keep the outdoor pool may be two degrees warmer so that hotel guests can still enjoy the beautiful pool in winter, especially the spa area."

"Diesmal war ich geschäftlich unterwegs. Meine Familie und ich haben schon oft in diesem Hotel übernachtet. Die Lage ist wirklich praktisch, es ist ein richtig funktionierendes Hotel. Das Einchecken war wirklich einfach und schnell. Habe auch ein gutes Zimmer-Upgrade bekommen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber, der Service war gut. Ich würde dieses Hotel also empfehlen."

"Excellent location, literally all of the restaurants and cafes of broadbeach within walking distance. The room was clean and spacious, with a bath - my fave. The ocean view was gorgeous, and I got a really good rate, if I can get that rate again I'll definitely be back!"

"Hotel centrally located at Surfer Paradise,very convenient. Hotel has both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Breakfast is fantastic. Laundry facilities at the apartment was excellent. Hotel staffs at reception was helpful."

"The Langham Hotel Jewel Residence in Surfers Paradise is the Gold Coast’s fancy pants option, tucked into the shiny Three Jewel towers. This 5-star spot has rooms and residences so nice you’ll feel underdressed in your own pajamas—think marble bathrooms and views that could star in a postcard. Dining’s a treat with fresh seafood and an afternoon tea that’s basically a posh snack attack. The pool’s a chill oasis, perfect for pretending you’re a VIP (or Movie Stars, we literally saw Luke Evans walked passed us..) , and the spa’s a solid “yes, please.” It’s steps from the beach and the buzz, but it’ll cost you, and the area can get rowdy. Still, for a swanky escape, it’s a cracker of a choice! ;)"

"Very nice hotel with great amenities and really nice to actually be able to cook dinner in the room, with an oven and everything. All for a very reasonable price comparatively. Would stay again for sure."

Dienst: Der Service der Wanho Hotel Group ist auch nicht zu sagen, man kann sagen, dass es in der gesamten Richtung ist. Einrichtungen: Das Frühstücksrestaurant ist sehr gut, die Landschaft und der Geschmack sind gut; der Pool beginnt und fallt, es gibt eine Reihe von Service-Ausstattungsartikeln und so weiter am Pool, sehr detailliert. Das einzige Defizit ist, dass das Hotel etwas vom Surferparadies entfernt ist, eine unabhängige Existenz gehört, relativ weniger heiß und bequem. Aber es gibt auch viele Restaurants im Geschäftsviertel gegenüber der Tang-Brücke, die Produkte sind sehr gut."

"Accommodating family stay. Clean easy assessable stay. Would be nice to have a bigger games room and inside areas for children to play when cold and wet. More child friendly food and drink would be good for dinner. Pool area was lovely at night but slightly too dark maybe a few more tree lights around the pool would be good. Pool towels were available at reception and . Concierge was lovely and helpful but parking is limited and a bit stressful."

"It was a last minute booking we made (secured the deal for the last available room at that price) and it was the best decision we made! We had to leave our airbnb due to room cleanliness concerns.  Really great central location and lovely room, with great amenities. We enjoyed the proximity to shops nearby. The room size was suitable for up to 4 pax, along with the provision of amenities such as body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The complimentary snacks and beverage packets provided in the room upon check-in were a great touch, and we even got a refill on the chips (they were a great hit with my friends) on our second day.  Thank you for providing a great and welcoming experience and I’ll be considering staying here should I visit Gold Coast again."
