I enjoy staying here. The service is impeccable & the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. There's a variety of dining & entertainment options within walking distance. The conference staff are also very attentive. They offer a spa, restaurant, and grab & go.

Our baseball travel team provided this as an option for our June 2024 tournament and glad they did! We are delighted with the space, free on site laundry, in room fridge/light cooling options, etc. Staff has been super helpful and Jason C. in particular was able to really help us secure a perfect room for this experience. We stayed there for the night of The Rolling Stones concert on 5/7/24. We payed an incredibly high rate, as all the hotels near the stadium jacked up their prices due to the concert. We chose the hotel as it’s walking distance to the stadium, but weren’t really sure that we would enjoy our stay considering some reviews of the hotel and the fact that they jacked up their prices. Surprise, surprise! We had a very enjoyable night at the Tru by Hilton. Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were professional and friendly. Most of all, the hotel was very quiet despite being completely full. We would definitely consider staying there again, just not at that price.

I loved everything there, rooms are clean, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff, free and clean pool, gym and breakfast. Parking $5. Good wifi. Quiet environment. Beautiful interior. Breakfast was too early for me personally, but that's not a problem. Breakfast is until 9AM.

I was hesitant to stay at this property given a lot of the bad reviews on the property and the customer service at the front desk. However, we ultimately decided to stay at this property because the it offered two rooms and kitchen and we wanted to stay in Glendale. My experience with each and every employee was pleasant and the property was in fine condition. I consider myself on the pickier side of things. The location was excellent, the room was clean and in great shape and the employees were friendly and helpful. The AC worked well which was needed given that the temperature was 113 and the pool was nice to go into at night. The property is well maintained. I've only stayed at a few Residence Inn and this was by far my favorite.

Dies ist ein schönes und neues Eigentum in einem sich entwickelnden Unterhaltungsviertel. Viel Speisen und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten in der Gegend. Das Eigentum war einfach genug, um zu navigieren. Das Front Desk Personal war aufmerksam und hilfreich. Unsere Türmantel-Einrichtung wurde nicht richtig installiert, was uns kurz dazu führte, dass wir nicht in der Lage waren, den Raum zu erreichen. Einmal in der Innenstadt entdeckten wir ein weiteres Problem mit der Tür und notifizierten den Vorderbüro-Betreiber. Am nächsten Tag erhielten wir einen Anruf vom Asst. Manager über das Türproblem. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Aufmerksamkeit, die das Hotelpersonal der Angelegenheit gegeben hat. Das Zimmer war sauber; wir hatten nicht Frühstück im Besitz. Ich würde hier wieder bleiben.

Sieht aus wie ein neues Hotel in der Nähe des Stadiums. Zimmer waren groß mit 2 King-Bett, Mikrowelle & Kühlschrank war ein Plus. Lage war sehr besetzt wegen der US-Meister-Tryout. Personal war nett und freundlich. Nur Problem war Fenster sind nicht Sound-Beweis. Ich konnte Autos auf der 99. Ave die ganze Nacht hören.

장기출장으로 직원들과 오래 머물렀는데 룸 컨디션도 좋고 직원들도 친절해서 너무 너무 만족합니다. 내년에도 또 머물고자 합니다.

The Hampton Inn & Suites in Glendale was excellent. The staff was great, our service person was phenomenal, the room was clean and always well kept. The location was perfect, stores, restaurants and anything you need is available. The only negative was the breakfast, their excuse for scrambled eggs and what they called an omelet were very pathetic. McDonald's would have been a much better alternative. One morning the oatmeal was such that I could have used it for paper mache it was so thick. The only good things were the waffles, excellent, yogurt, cereals were good. The Hotel is excellent, don't plan on a decent breakfast
