I loved everything there, rooms are clean, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff, free and clean pool, gym and breakfast. Parking $5. Good wifi. Quiet environment. Beautiful interior. Breakfast was too early for me personally, but that's not a problem. Breakfast is until 9AM.

The Hampton Inn & Suites in Glendale was excellent. The staff was great, our service person was phenomenal, the room was clean and always well kept. The location was perfect, stores, restaurants and anything you need is available. The only negative was the breakfast, their excuse for scrambled eggs and what they called an omelet were very pathetic. McDonald's would have been a much better alternative. One morning the oatmeal was such that I could have used it for paper mache it was so thick. The only good things were the waffles, excellent, yogurt, cereals were good. The Hotel is excellent, don't plan on a decent breakfast

Our baseball travel team provided this as an option for our June 2024 tournament and glad they did! We are delighted with the space, free on site laundry, in room fridge/light cooling options, etc. Staff has been super helpful and Jason C. in particular was able to really help us secure a perfect room for this experience. I was hesitant to stay at this property given a lot of the bad reviews on the property and the customer service at the front desk. However, we ultimately decided to stay at this property because the it offered two rooms and kitchen and we wanted to stay in Glendale. My experience with each and every employee was pleasant and the property was in fine condition. I consider myself on the pickier side of things. The location was excellent, the room was clean and in great shape and the employees were friendly and helpful. The AC worked well which was needed given that the temperature was 113 and the pool was nice to go into at night. The property is well maintained. I've only stayed at a few Residence Inn and this was by far my favorite.

I enjoy staying here. The service is impeccable & the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. There's a variety of dining & entertainment options within walking distance. The conference staff are also very attentive. They offer a spa, restaurant, and grab & go.

Sieht aus wie ein neues Hotel in der Nähe des Stadiums. Zimmer waren groß mit 2 King-Bett, Mikrowelle & Kühlschrank war ein Plus. Lage war sehr besetzt wegen der US-Meister-Tryout. Personal war nett und freundlich. Nur Problem war Fenster sind nicht Sound-Beweis. Ich konnte Autos auf der 99. Ave die ganze Nacht hören.

We stayed there for the night of The Rolling Stones concert on 5/7/24. We payed an incredibly high rate, as all the hotels near the stadium jacked up their prices due to the concert. We chose the hotel as it’s walking distance to the stadium, but weren’t really sure that we would enjoy our stay considering some reviews of the hotel and the fact that they jacked up their prices. Surprise, surprise! We had a very enjoyable night at the Tru by Hilton. Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were professional and friendly. Most of all, the hotel was very quiet despite being completely full. We would definitely consider staying there again, just not at that price.

BBictheMagnificentDies ist ein schönes und neues Eigentum in einem sich entwickelnden Unterhaltungsviertel. Viel Speisen und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten in der Gegend. Das Eigentum war einfach genug, um zu navigieren. Das Front Desk Personal war aufmerksam und hilfreich. Unsere Türmantel-Einrichtung wurde nicht richtig installiert, was uns kurz dazu führte, dass wir nicht in der Lage waren, den Raum zu erreichen. Einmal in der Innenstadt entdeckten wir ein weiteres Problem mit der Tür und notifizierten den Vorderbüro-Betreiber. Am nächsten Tag erhielten wir einen Anruf vom Asst. Manager über das Türproblem. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Aufmerksamkeit, die das Hotelpersonal der Angelegenheit gegeben hat. Das Zimmer war sauber; wir hatten nicht Frühstück im Besitz. Ich würde hier wieder bleiben.

Booked the 2 room family suite for an overnight on 7/20/24. Great location with easy access of Loop 101 and Camelback. Dozens of nearby restaurants, Wal Mart less than a mile away and State Farm stadium 5 minutes. Large 2 room suite with plenty of room for a large family. We had the King side with a sleeper sofa while daughter took the 2 queen side. Large bathroom (only 1) for the 2 room suite. Comfy beds, quiet location. Good breakfast the next morning as we headed on to Vegas.

Ich (Königbett mit Kühlschrank) Als ich ins Zimmer gecheckt habe ich sofort bemerkt, dass der Kühlschrank nicht funktioniert. Jeder, der Insulin verwendet, weiß, dass es gekühlt bleiben muss. Ich rief den Vorderseite und wurde von (Kiya) gesagt, dass sie keine Zimmer mehr hatten. Ich fragte, ob ein anderer Kühlschrank ins Zimmer gebracht werden könnte. Ich wurde gesagt, es würde eine Weile dauern. Ich ging und kam 3 Stunden später zurück, um zu sagen, dass ich in ein anderes Zimmer verlegt wurde. Ich habe meine Sachen inpackt und sie in ein anderes Zimmer gepackt, wenn ich in das Zimmer komme es hat 2 Doppelbetten ein kleines TV und die AC-Einheit war in Stücken! Ich rief das Front Desk wieder. Ich wurde gesagt, dass das Zimmer eine Upgrade war. Ich sagte (Kiya) das war nicht akzeptabel und dass das Wechseln von einem Zimmer ohne Kühlschrank auf ein Zimmer ohne AC nicht das war, was ich eine Upgrade nannte. Kyia sagt mir. Es gibt nichts, was sie tun kann. Ich sagte, ich komme ins Büro. Als ich da war, wurde mir der Manager erst morgens gesagt, dass er nicht in der Stadt war. Ich habe Kiya wiederholt gesagt, dass mein Insulin gekühlt werden musste und dass ich mich nicht in einem Raum ohne AC gehalten habe! Ein Hausmeister kam und bot ihren Freunden Muskel zu bewegen, um ein Arbeitskühlschrank in mein Zimmer zu bewegen. Kyia erklärte, dass mit ihr streiten nicht ihre Sache sei und dass ich die Räumlichkeiten verlassen könnte, wenn ich nicht aufhöre zu klagen. Mit allen anderen Hotels im Bereich für den Nit gebucht und Kiya, die ihre Augen rollten und ihren Hals nackten, ging ich zurück ins Originalzimmer; als ich mit einem Arbeitskühlschrank eingebettet wurde. Ich ging zum Fernseher nur um herauszufinden, dass es nicht programmiert war, so habe ich wieder den Front Desk angerufen! Sie kamen und programmierten den Fernseher. Ich wurde gesagt, die Seite des Gebäudes, auf dem ich war, war unter Umdekoration! (Warum setzen Sie mich in ein unbrauchbares Zimmer) Ich ging später mit dem Sänk zu schwingen meine Zähne nur herausfinden, dass der Sänk war SCHLÜSSELT die Waschbekleidung hatte Haare auf! Zu diesem Zeitpunkt bin ich müde von der Ruf Kiya und ihre Haltung und es war 10 Uhr. Ich nahm eine Dusche in der grauen Dusche und versuchte, zu ruhen. Ich erhob mich am nächsten Morgen mit dem Manager (Jessica) gesprochen, der sehr freundlich war und nur entschuldigte Kiyas Einstellung. Unnötig zu sagen, ich blieb nicht noch eine Nite!

I stayed here because it was the closest lodging to Banner Hospital on Thinderbird. It was also a good price. There was a reason for that. They are remodeling. When I entered the lobby, the floor was partially tiled, but there was no furniture. The front desk was just constructed and there were signs on it that said, ”Do not touch.” Check in was reasonably fast. My room was 114. First off, room 114 was a dead zone for my cell phone. My carrier is T Mobile and my phone Is a simple flip phone. The room was clean but it was obvious that the patch and spackle crew had recently made repairs. I wanted a few extra towels and talked with the house keeping person who was in the hall. Her name is Maya and we were able to communicate with my limited Spanish and her limited English. We did laugh a lot. I had tried the phone in the room and it didn't work. Hmmm - cell phone doesn't work and room phone doesn't work. So I walked down to the front desk and reported it. I was told that maintenance comes in at 9 am and that they would fix it. When I was locking up for the evening, I flipped the security fastener in place and it fell off the door. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and despite the remodel work, it was quiet. This is a pet friendly hotel. The only disturbance was at 7 am when another guest was leaving with a yappy little dog. The bathroom was a nice size and there was good pressure and lots of hot water. The repair to the phone and door were made. It was kind of fun to return from the hospital each day and see the remodel progress in the lobby. I stayed for 5 days and really can't complain. I received a good rate and had a good stay.
