Facilities were excellent. Clean. Lovely towels. Good TV. Comfortable climate. Quiet. Easy, courteous check-in. Delicious breakfast. Convenient to tune airport shuttle bus. An excellent alternative to staying at the airport hotels when one’s departure flight is not too early.

房間比想象中要好,乾淨,有浴缸,對於疲憊的我來説,晚上能泡澡是一種享受。 但有個印象深刻的問題,攜程提供的地址與在地圖中直接打開的定位是不一致的,我用的是複製地址在谷歌打開後導航的,結果是二個方向,走了一段冤枉路,這個一定要改過來啊。

Lage: Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral, sodass die Innenstadt und diverse Sehenswürdigkeiten in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Gegenüber liegen unterschiedliche Imbissläden und ein Parkhaus. Hotelgäste zahlen 16 Euro je 24h. Hotelzimmer: Die Größe des Zimmers war für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kindern absolut ausreichend. Trotz zur Hauptstraße ausgerichtet war es relativ ruhig. Das Bad war relativ modern, auch wenn der Duschkopf schon etwas abblätterte. Es gibt leider keine Kinder-Tritterhöhung für das Waschbecken und seltsamerweise keine Toilettenbürste. Eigentlich wäre das Zimmer nicht zu beanstanden, wäre dort nicht ein massives Lüftungsproblem. Als wir das Zimmer betraten, bemerkten wir einen seltsamen Geruch. Eine Mischung aus Lackfarbe und Muff. Die Fenster waren leider nicht zu öffnen und es gibt keine Lüftung im Zimmer. Es hängt nur eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer, die die Luft nur umwälzt, aber nicht tauscht. Uns wunderte, dass die Badezimmerlüftung schon lief, als wir das Zimmer betraten. Diese lief auch komplett durch, wahrscheinlich, damit überhaupt ein Luftaustausch stattfindet. Dies war nachts etwas nervig, da sie relativ laut war. Normalerweise sollte diese nur laufen, wenn man das Bad nutzt. Insgesamt war es ein sehr unangenehmes Raumklima, welches dazu einen unangenehmen Geruch hatte. Am Morgen waren die Fenster von der Innenseite stets nass mit Schwitzwasser (siehe Foto). Das Kinderbett wies unserer Meinung nach außerdem Stockflecken oder ähnliches auf (siehe Fotos). Insgesamt haben wir uns nur sehr ungern im Zimmer aufgehalten und haben am Abreisetag schnell das Auto gepackt und sind gefahren. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass der Aufenthalt im Zimmer uns eher schadet. Service/Frühstück: Das Servicepersonal war beim Check-In freundlich. Ebenfalls beim Frühstück. Das Frühstück ist im Premier Inn wie überall gleich. Es gibt Kaffeespezialitäten, Joghurt, Obst, Bohnen, Rührei, Spiegelei, Toast, Aufstriche, Säfte etc.

Such clean comfy beds. Nice warmly lit rooms that create a comfy relaxing atmosphere, gorgeous mood lighting effect. Great make up mirrors with bright lighting. Lovely bathrooms with soap and shower gel wall mounted dispensers. Big bar area that's welcoming. Luggage storage free with optional charity donation. Easy to find.

Terrible hotel! Do not stay here! We paid over 200 for two nights and it was a waste of money. The room was dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned. There was mould in the bathroom and around the window, dirty marks on the walls and tabletops and lots of dust around the room and in the aircon unit. The aircon did not work and the room was stifling hot making it impossible to sleep. We contacted Premier Inn customer support and they only offered insincere words and empty apologies. Customer support agent was rude, condescending and hid behind the small print in the terms and conditions. I advise everyone to save their money and stay elsewhere.

Was given an “accessible” room. I did not request this on reservation, but I assume it was all that was left. The room was clean but smaller than other rooms we have stayed in, in this hotel. There was only 2 teabags and 4 small milks provided, (we don’t drink coffee). There may have been supplies down in reception, but not convenient to collect when you are elderly and in your sleep wear. The cooked goods in the “full breakfast” were limited, and cold. Staff were nice. Automated check-in was a nightmare, as on screen explanation was inadequate. (Location of key cards not obvious) Most people checking in had to get assistance from staff, who said the process was taking up more of their time than manual check-in did. Going to try a different city centre hotel next time.

The stay wasn’t too bad and staff extremely helpful. I had booked a triple room, but the sofa bed hadn’t been made up. After speaking to staff it was sorted when we were out. The sleep however wasn’t the best. We were allocated room 2 on the lower ground floor. Although bed was extremely comfy, throughout the night we heard constantly running water, unsure if it was from the room next door or something above us. It sounded like a shower was constantly running, at one point I even checked to make sure it wasn’t actually coming from our bathroom as it was so loud, it must have been around midnight it quietened. After finally falling asleep, we were woken again just after 7.15 with the exact same noise once again. But overall, for the price we paid, a decent place to stay.

Was put in a scruffy basement room , very limited daylight had to have lights on , during a bright sunny day ,windows filthy no shower gel hand soap dispenser filthy . Ask for a different room, was made clear to me by duty manager was not going to happen , more or less told I had draw the short straw .Had breakfast was okay barely Hot . Whitbread who own premier Inn have introduced the Next evolution style at this hotel , Cut staff numbers, to much strain put on staff . Reduce quality and choice of food . Whitbread need to listen to what there customers are saying . All staff members where nice and helpful , but one could see they where under strain .

I have stayed in quite a few Premier Inns in various locations, so I do have a decent grasp of what to expect. I have never been disappointed before as they have proven to be reliable. The room was very clean - even the skirting boards in the bathroom were completely dust free. Secondly, the bed as to be expected was comfortable. These turned out to be the only two positives. The room itself was really pokey despite being a 'Premier Plus'. The air-conditioning was ineffective. It was both very noisy and was severely limited in temperature settings. It would frequently cut out and had the efficacy of an asthmatic blowing through a straw. As a result for much of the time the room was uncomfortably hot - despite being only a high of 21 degrees outside. As we were on the 6th floor, opening a window was not an option so we had no alternative but to put up with the intermittent AC. The smoke/heat alarm emitted a bright flash every few seconds which at night was distracting. Ordinarily, it would not have been a problem had it not been located directly above the bed. This and the accompanying AC noise made sleeping very difficult. One of the supplied towels was very badly stained. I'd like to think that the brown stains were due to make up, but I remain to be convinced this is the case. As we were here for three nights, we asked if the water and coffee pods were automatically replaced. We were told that we would have to ask for a 'room service' for this to happen. This should have been replaced as a matter of course as this is one of the amenities we had paid for. They did replace both the water and pods, but didn't bother to replace the used cups. They just placed the new pods next to the used cups. As an additional nice touch, the water reservoir from the pod machine decided to leak everywhere. As electrics and water tend not to mix too well, we opted not to have coffee on that occasion. The 'ultimate wifi' proved to be particularly ineffective. Email, news pages etc. were incredibly slow to load. It would also only work on one device at a time and would frequently need reconnecting. I had better results using 5g via my phone. Anyone planning on doing any work/card transactions would find it nigh on impossible. Each member of staff we spoke to was always very pleasant and helpful. However, there are simply not enough staff. The self check-in is nothing short of shambolic as it does not work resulting in long queues at the bar. This puts additional strain on the few staff that are there as they dealing with both people checking in and trying to serve drinks. The staff deserve better than this. This has not been a comfortable stay and all things considered, a pretty miserable experience and very poor value considering the price I paid. The excellent location does not make up for the numerous shortcomings.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times over the years. We were satisfied with our previous stays which made us book again. This time the experience was not as good. The staff were excellent. Very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Room service was not as we expected, i.e no room service unless asked for. Menu in restaurant was limited, even more limitede than our experience in the Premier Inn in London just days before. We will be looking for another hotel the next time we are in Glasgow.

Great location and a typically clean Premier Inn hotel. However the staff are comedically rude during check in and whilst seating restaurant guests. I overheard a member of staff lambasting an American couple for walking in the restaurant and not waiting in the designated area much to their astonishment.
