The room floor tiles are sticky, doesn't feel like it has been thoroughly mopped. Bedsheet was slightly dirty with stains.
Main bathroom is the worst, the shower screen has mold, very dirty and tired looking. Looks like it hasn't been properly maintained for quite a while. Shower gel bottle provided but was without refill.
Water supply was stopped in the morning for around 20mins without any reason. When I texted the host, there was no reply.
Check in time per trip.com is 3pm and check out is 12pm but host sent us whatsapp text check in is at 4pm and check out 11am. Though it doesn't really bother us that much, but the info was incorrectly stated in trip.com
Check in was easy, but the overall staying experience is not great. If you have slightly more budget, suggest to stay in Genting Highlands hotel itself (except First World)

I thought it was the hotel but is hom stay which I dun prefer at all. The unit is not clean and there is no rubbish bin . . Given to us one unit access card . Should hv given more to us .

Worst experience No proper service and response. Try to check in key missing then change another room that room was not cleaned at all again changed another room then whole night someone knocked the nearby rooms horrible experience

The owner is irresponsible, he stated there will be a free parking, but when reached there, there is no parking card provided. Extra money have to pay to go into car park, and it is not cheap. I need to contact the owner and the owner takes long time to provide parking. Irresponsible!
About amenities, some are provided but can’t be used (Eg: Pot is provided but there is no gas stove, extra mattress is provided but no mattress cover.)
Other than that, all is ok.
