We had an overall pleasant stay at the hotel, but there are a few nuances worth mentioning. The location is fantastic, and the staff speaks English and is eager to help. They provided us with great recommendations and assisted in booking a spa appointment, for which we are very grateful. However, the hotel is quite old and in need of renovation. There were constant issues with hot water, and we often had to settle for lukewarm showers. The power sockets were loose, and the hairdryer plug kept falling out. While some updates are long overdue, for the price, the location and the hotel still make it a good option.

Very historical hotel, staff are very nice and helpful, especially doorman. They are always cheerful with greetings ar the entrance Food quality is good, breakfast variety has high quality also. Pool is stunning. Hotel is not close to convenient store, good to shop earlier or buy it from mall behind the hotel before the close.

Great location across from the beach, with a mall (Nha Trang Center) and restaurants nearby. Our view was amazing! And the jacuzzi in the room felt so nice!

Отличный отель, соответствует 5 звездам. Заботливый персонал. Красивая атмосфера в отеле. Потрясающие завтраки, большой выбор кухни, такие как европейская, корейская, китайская, вьетнамская. Комнаты большие, кровати мягкие. Есть бассейн. На 10 этаже смотровая площадка. Удобное расположение у отеля, вокруг множество ресторанов а также море через дорогу. Понравилось абсолютно все. Очень рекомендую. Amazing hotel, corresponds to 5 stars. Caring staff. Beautiful atmosphere in the hotel. Amazing breakfasts, a wide range of cuisines such as European, Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese. The rooms are large, the beds are soft, big balcony with amazing view. There is a swimming pool. The convenient location of the hotel, there are many restaurants around, as well as the sea across the street. I liked absolutely everything. I highly recommend it.

선라이즈 호텔 5성급인 만큼 시설, 서비스, 청결, 위치, 직원들의 친절한 응대, 조식 등 모두 대만족이었습니다. 다음에 또 나트랑을 온다면 단연코 선라이즈로 올겁니다. 살짝 아쉬운 점은 내부 조명이 좀 어두웠던게 아쉽긴 했지만 그래도 좋았습니다. 👏👏👍👍

服務：問前台再拿兩瓶水被拒，説當天打掃的時候已經給過了。國內20年前四星級的酒店都不會拒絕的合理要求，我不知道你們家五星級酒店是誰給的。我不是問你們要了多次，一瓶水有多少錢？？我跟前台説，我要跟他的當班經理説話，他才勉強同意送水。 設施：我們住在3樓，房間外有個探照燈非常亮，直到深夜才關，亮的晃眼，造成我們傍晚到天黑前完全不能看海，窗簾得一直拉着。跟酒店反映，但表示不能關。我們選的海景房，有點失望！

해변도 가깝고 조식당,수영장 모두 너무 좋았어요..시내 중심지 대비 사람들이 북적이지 않아서 더 여유롭고 좋았던거 같아요. 서비스도 친절하고 만족스러웠습니다!
