Ffashion.book.food.travelIch hatte vor kurzem die Freude, im Swiss Garden Hotel Genting zu bleiben, und konnte nicht glücklicher mit meiner Erfahrung sein. Dies ist mein zweiter Besuch, und das Hotel hat wieder einmal meine Erwartungen überschritten.
Das Hotel ist sehr gut, aber es ist sehr gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ein Highlight von meinem Besucher, mit einer Vielzahl von Optionen, die alle Geschmacksempfindlichkeit. Das Ambiente im gesamten Hotel war perfekt, bietet eine ruhige und luxuriöse Umgebung.
Insgesamt gibt ich dem Swiss Garden Hotel Genting einen gut verdienten 5-Sterne-Hotel. Ich freue mich auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt!

GGuest UserWir genossen wirklich die Onsen-Session, vor allem der Sakura Pool, das ein Stück feiner Kunst war. Die Einzigart des Pools erhöhte die Freude, in heißem Wasser zu schlucken in einem kalten Abend. Die anderen Pools waren auch einzigartig, 1 mit Nano-Bubble, die wir erzählt wurden, wurde aus Japan importiert. Nach dem Schmelzen machte es unsere Haut glatt. Wir genossen auch den anderen Pool in der Nähe des Fensters, das mit der höchsten Temperatur war. Mit dem kalten Brisewind aus dem Fenster kamen wir so entspannt und komfortabel. Das Hotel bot im Allgemeinen einen tollen Service. Danke für ihre gezielten Gästeoffiziere. Wir hatten auch einen guten Schlaf auf dem komfortablen Bett. Für diejenigen, die einen entspannenden Urlaub wünschen und nicht zu weit von der zerstörerischen Genting Resorts Welt der Unterhaltung, ist das Yanné Onsen Hotel eine große Wahl.

YYusoffInsgesamt bin ich während des 1 Nacht Aufenthalts dort zufrieden. Buchen Sie den Tower 1 Zimmer bietet einen Vorteil, wo der Park ist das gleiche Niveau wie das Zimmer. So bequem für Familie mit Kindern. Halal Essen ist in der Nähe, hat Essen Gericht mit einer Vielzahl von schönen Essen. Umgeben von vielen bequemen Geschäften wie 7e, KK, etc. Der einzige Nebeneffekt ist, Sie können nicht auf die andere Ebene ohne den Aufzug im Turm 2. Treppen sind nicht zugänglich.

AAnonymer BenutzerIch liebe das Apartment. Die Aussicht vom Apartment ist schön. Das Fitnessstudio ist auf der obersten Etage und die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Es gibt auch ein paar Pools auf der oberen Etage und die Aussicht ist unglaublich. Die Lage ist auch großartig, da das Gebäude von Geschäften und Restaurants umgeben ist. Beachten Sie nur, dass die Schlüssel- und Ausweisabholung im Gebäude GEO38 gegenüber erfolgt. Das Apartment ist außerdem sauber und geräumig für 2 Personen. Ich werde in Zukunft nicht zögern, wieder hier zu übernachten.

LLohAmandaDer Wasserdruck aus der Dusche ist niedrig, einer von uns musste kaltes Wasser duschen, bis wir die Wasserpumpe herausfinden. Der Gastgeber schickte ihren Wartungsmann, um die Wasserpumpe am nächsten Tag um 9 Uhr zu reparieren (wenn wir noch schliefen). Kann nicht die AC entfernt finden, dauerte uns 30 Minuten, um es endlich neben einem der Betten zu finden. Die Küchenschrank wurde gelockert und macht Lärm. Parken ist ein Problem, weil es offen ist und Sie müssen ziemlich weit zu parken, wenn Sie zu spät zurückkommen. Es regnete, als wir ankamen, so dass wir alle wegen des offenen Parkplatzes geprüht waren.
Wir riefen den Gastgeber um 12 Uhr um den Wasserdruck zu fragen, er war reaktiv und half uns (über das Telefon) es zu sortieren. Wasserdruck ist noch niedrig, aber ich denke, das ist der ”normale” Druck. Zimmer kann 6 Erwachsene komfortabel passen. Gute Sound-Test.

GGastnutzerThe location is about 1.4km to sky world and this is the reason we chose this place. The small route leading to this place is narrow and foggy so advise to drive when the sky is still bright. The check in process was a pain. No clear instruction when booking with Maplehome. We travelled with 2 elderly and 2 small kids. There are many blocks at ion delement. Upon arrival, I called them on check in process and I was asked to park at car park and go to level 3 for check in. They didn’t inform we are supposed to park at level 3 and check in at level 3 car park. So all of us dragging the luggage went to level 7. And called them again, went back to level 3, get the key, went to level 7 because family is waiting there not knowing where to go, went to grd floor of tower 1 and have to asked again then gotta walk outdoor to tower 2 on a very slippery walkway, then reach your place. It was a joke. Customer service is not doing a great job.
The place- it was spacious and ok. Sewerage smell is strong in kitchen and living hall. No dishwashing detergent provided so we didn’t use the glass. Heater not working after 3 persons used for 5 mins each. Good that there is en suite bathroom for the 2 bedrooms apartment we booked. Didn’t use the balcony as the weather was wet and cold so the floor was wet. TV has limited choice. Good that there is kids channel to keep the kids entertained. There were some small dirty stain on the wall. At night, the wind was strong so the room door keeps making sound even if it’s closed. Dogs were barking almost all night long.
- breakfast is not included if you booked with maplehome. If want to have breakfast, suggest to book direct with ion delement. We have to pay rm60 per person and rm30 per adult. However. It was the worst breakfast I had in my life- sausage was sour, ham soaked in water, people used hand to take bread, coffee not refilled in machine and doesn’t tastes good,
. Just take the egg. The restaurant should be rated as no star. Not hygienic, no passion and a pure mess. There is a small cafe opposite the restaurant. Suggest to try that if you happen to be there.
Wouldn’t return here again.
