DO NOT BOOK WITH FLASH GROUP ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE GUEST SERVICE AND ROOM
STAYED IN 71305 AND FACED NUMEROUS ISSUES
WILL BE 0 STARS IF CAN I DONT KNOW HOW THEY HAVE A RATING OF 3+/5
ISSUES FACED
1. 71304 and 71305 are connecting rooms but I could open the connecting door between 71304 and 71305
major red flag for security and safety and staff refused to change our room insisting that the door was sealed until I showed them the picture below and they came down to close the door
used the furniture in the room to block the connecting door as we were paranoid about it being able to open when we first entered
2. aircon will auto switch off aft 30mins (reported and technician came to repair the following day)
3. only had 1 measly bottle of shower wash for 2 ppl for 3d2n stay
requested for more and was told will be charged at rm5 per bottle????
4. only had 1 hanger in the closet (reported and staff put 2 more the following day)
5. hinge of shower door was broken and falling apart you can see the screw that had dropped out on the fall
safety hazard especially in the shower area
shower door also could not be closed fully so water would spray out
6. the tap at the sink was loose and could be wiggled around (small issue but clearly shows lack of upkeep)
7. found an opened tea packet??? unhygienic af to leave it there
8. tv was not working at all no signal found
9. NO HOUSEKEEPING DESPITE BEING MENTIONED IN THE PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
switched on the housekeeping light when we left but came back to see the room was not tidied up checked with FLASH GROUP and they said no housekeeping was provided?? if we want we could pay RM150 for 1 time cleaning???? we said ok don't need to clean but at least give us new towels since the old towels were already thrown on the floor as we thought there was housekeeping???? but no insisted on charging us RM60 for new towels???? ******* crazy company trying to milk money from their guests
no sense of service or courtesy to at least provide us a change of towels for all the issues on the first day but no they decided that their company policy was more important than guest service
I know they are quite a big company throughout Malaysia with many apartments but this will be the first and last time I'm booking with them
Rather I recommend MagTree as a host; stayed with them previously on Genting and was good no issues

Excellent stay with my husband and enjoy our stay in genting. Especially there was hot water in the had wash area as the weather is pretty cold.

Off-side from everything else so it's a little troublesome to travel around. A little troublesome getting around in the hotel. If you're unlucky, the hotel lobby, hotel room and carpark is all 3 different tower so you will need to walk around up and down to get to it. The room is pretty much clean with water,fridge,tea,dental kit,vanity kit etc. jus that they should actually have soap+shampoo.

I don't want to recommend this hotel. Their customer service is really terrible ,reception staffs are poorly trained and very rude to customer. The room is full of garbage and musty. We asked reception staffs to clean the room after check-in. They refused to clean and told us this isn't their responsibility and ignore us. And then they gave only one door key for four person and we asked for extra key that they gave us blank card and isn't working. We told their manager about all of this problem, he said his staffs are doing the correct things and he never said sorry for their poor service. Room doors are faulty and key card aren't working properly. Everytime when we came back, we need to ask the staffs to open for us, it is very troublesome. 👇👇 poorly trained manager and staff photo below 👇👇

Comfortable beds and clean room. Only issue was sliding door to balcony was defective and could not close completely so could hear the construction work opposite and the sound of wind blowing.

With its price paid, the room is acceptable however the path to this room is very complex with so many towers around and lift is on service, it’s a maze for me!! The customer service is helping but with such experience, going there is like 15m spent

1st time staying in Ion d'Lement, nice unit with 3 rooms and lovely price on Thursday night. Spacious apartment, TV with limited channels, wifi, clear procedure to check-in and out. Mineral water provided, comfy bed, warm indoor swimming pool, pool towels provided, food & restaurant available at the same floor. Colder weather than Gohtong Jaya. Will return.. and check out the evening and morning from the unit!
