The room very suitable for family vacation but the place to find get key is little bit unarrange and also complicated But very satisfied can survey room using Trip.

Worst management system . No proper operating procedure on how they work. Please take note, they will blindly entertain your request but bluntly ignore saying no special arrangements was made

Please tell your customer services ( Malay female wearing light blue shirt ) to friendly & please don’t be arrogant. Please polite and hear when the client talk to you.. your client ask you for information , so please hear what client ask & please don’t act like a deaf 🤦🏻♀️

Can’t find the check in counter n is inside the mini mart, didn’t expected that. But view is good.

The location was quite nice to the genting hill top hotels but the distance is still a bit further away. There isn’t much of the stores or shops compared to the mid hill of the condos and the food that sold there at the convenient stores was way more expensive and almost the same price as genting hilltop pricing. But if you don’t really prefer the winding route up the hilltop. Then this might be a better choice. For the room that I stay there is musty smell and the building is a bit complicated to walk from carpark to the apartment. But the scenery outside of the condo building was so nice with the view of the lake

I went there for 1 night , The room was a bit dusty and the service was a bad when supposed they have to check before guest to check in ,with no remote tv ,when called they said wait for maintenance coming on the next morning which is absurd reason , provided parking very far to walk cross 3 block to get to our room, if want easier you can park valet which is rm 50 per night right to the lobby , please be aware the road very dark and rough due construction is near you place , please standby for your own food and drink due shop closed at 12 midnight

It's a great stay and about 10mins grab ride but bus transport provided every hourly which is nice Per book online at rm6 per ride or rm7 is normal booking. If u enjoy a quiet place to stay....Ion will be the best choice.

This is not a hotel but suitable for a self driver traveler. The suite room are spacious but, lift and facility are not well maintained. The operator should improve on the cleanliness on the facilities and room.
