Check in was cumbersome involving filling out pages of info on an ipad. Photos had to be taken of your passport and the camera wouldn’t focus right. After struggling with it for ages, i gave up and asked for help. It took two staff members to figure it out. Additionally my plans to do a day trip got sunk because the check in time changed ON THE VERY DAY I checked in even though I’d made the booking in advance. No notice given, just told I had to wait at the front desk. Additionally they didn’t offer solutions to hold my luggage while I went off first in case I had plans. When I did get to my room, I slid a bag under the bed to save space. When I pulled it out it was covered in white dust. Overall not the best experience- staff were apologetic and friendly but not the best with initiative. Room was pretty nice - although I thought I got a private room based on the picture on the site, but it was a split off unit with a curtain, technically separate from other mini rooms but not really. There was no lockable door. Gave me anxiety leaving my luggage there and had I known Id have booked elsewhere. Location excellent, 5 min walk from canal city and 3 min from subway. Decor very chic and modern. Charging ports had slow and inconsistent power supply - took 1 hour to charge my phone to 40%. If I was travelling light, I might give it a second chance, but it’s not for people with actual luggage really.

キャナルシティ博多の真裏という好立地で値段も手頃だったのが良かった。共有のキッチンや冷蔵庫もあり、長期滞在者向けの趣もあるが、居住者？という括りの人たちが数名いるのか、その方たちの荷物で、冷蔵庫や棚が結構ごちゃごちゃと汚かった。 タオルなどのアメニティ類も別途有料なのと、チェックインの方法が記載されたメールが、当日チェックインをした後に送られてきたのでスムーズにチェックインできなかった。リピートはあまりしたくないかな

地點很好位於地鐵站出口處，附近有超市可以購買食材、水果、日用品非常方便。想吃美食有「中洲屋台」可品嚐眾多當地小吃。

14인실인가 16인실인가 캡슐 썼는데 도로 근처라 시끄러울거 같았는데 그러진 않았다. 옷거는 곳이 약간 겹쳐서 불편한 점이 있다. 욕실도 4개나 있어서 기다릴 일도 없고 전체적으로 깨끗했다.

位置很好，出門就是地鐵站。步行到博多站和中洲也就十幾分鍾，過條馬路就是運河城。前台自助辦理入住和退房。一樓白天咖啡廳，晚上酒吧，二樓住宿。但是在房間裏大家都挺安靜的，不會影響休息。

일단 위치가 최고에요! 시설도 너무좋아요, 대신에 기본 세면도구, 슬리퍼, 수건은 각자 챙기셔야되요! 연휴라서 가격메리트가 크지않은게 아쉬웠어요

很近地鐵站，我住的是男女混合間，床位沒有奇怪味道，床的大小也很好，我住上格床的，沒有嘈吵聲音，瞓得好好！

很好！適合個人旅行。交通便利，周邊商業繁華。推薦。自助入住和退房，操作一下熟悉了很方便。攜程蠻好滴。

除了位置佳，性價比非常低，自助check in 非常難，不方便系統，外國人要問你之前住什麼酒店，奇怪問題

位置很好，離博多站很近，步行十分鐘，很安靜，乾淨，樓下是咖啡廳，晚上要有密碼才能進入，安全！

地理位置很好，周圍很多好吃的，去博多站和天神站都不遠，旁邊就是博多運河城，購物方便。 酒店的早餐午餐都很好吃！ 就是沒有洗衣機稍微有一點不方便，需要到外面隔壁樓的投幣洗衣房洗

衞生還可以就是太擠了 地段也不錯
