Super Lage, großes Fenster mit freiem Blick auf Mt Fuji. Onsen im Hotel für wenig Aufpreis beliebig nutzbar. Restaurant verteilt leider etwas Küchengerüche über das Treppenhaus. Alles sehr sauber und funktionell, wenn gleich auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Attraktiver Preis, großer Parkplatz, kein Verkehrslärm. Das Bild ist aus dem Zimmer heraus aufgenommen.

Der Fußweg vom Bahnhof dauert 30 bis 45 Minuten und Sie müssen den Berg Shaoshao hinaufsteigen. Es wird empfohlen, beim Einchecken zum Family Mart/Lawson zu gehen, um Abendessen/Trockenfutter zu kaufen, da die Straße sehr dunkel ist, wenn es um sechs Uhr dunkel wird! Der nächste Lebensmittelladen muss den Berg hinuntergehen und 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß gehen! Es ist schwierig, Restaurants in der Nähe zu finden. Ich habe ein Familienrestaurant am Fuße des Berges ausprobiert. Ich habe Ramen gegessen und es schmeckte wie zu Hause. Da ich zwei Nächte blieb, beschloss ich, am zweiten Abend im Hotelrestaurant zu speisen, etwa 23.000 Yen für zwei Personen, mit exquisiten Vorspeisen, Sashimi (Pferdefleisch-Sashimi), kleinem Hot Pot, Nudelsuppe, geschnittenen Nudeln, und Desserts. Zum Schluss wird heißer Tee serviert, das Gesamtgefühl ist gut, einen Versuch ist es wert! Das Hotel hat eine nostalgische Atmosphäre, aber der Service ist gut. Das Personal hat uns bereits begrüßt, bevor wir den Hoteleingang erreichten. Das Hotel verfügt über ein großes öffentliches Bad, das für Männer und Frauen getrennt ist. Im Zimmer gibt es Bademäntel zum Wechseln. Das heiße Quellwasser im großen öffentlichen Bad ist relativ gewöhnlich, aber es ist einen Versuch wert! Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, mit einem großen Fenster, und man kann direkt auf den Berg Fuji schauen, es ist wirklich wunderschön! Das Zimmer ist etwas durchgebacken, es gibt nur Heizung, keine Klimaanlage, wer Angst vor Hitze hat, wird es mitten in der Nacht schwer haben! Das Hotel verfügt über einen Shuttlebus, der vom Bahnhof Kawaguchiko abfahren kann, dieser muss jedoch im Voraus reserviert werden.

Groß genug, aber die Lage ist nicht gut. Kein guter Service. Nicht gut reinigen. Schwarze Liste

The room is so big. Grand Resort Princess Fujikawaguchiko offers stunning views of Mount Fuji and a serene atmosphere. The spacious rooms are elegant, blending modern comforts with traditional Japanese design. The onsen facilities are relaxing, and the staff provides excellent hospitality. Perfect for unwinding and enjoying the natural beauty of Lake Kawaguchi and its surroundings.

The view from the balcony is manigficient, right in front of Fuji Mountain. However, the checkout time is a bit early, 10am, and request for late chekout, say 11am, is not allowed, which is disappointing!

It was great waking up every morning to see the great Fuji Mountain. Rooms are big. Beds are comfortable. Onsen is small but sufficient. Morning onsen is good because the big open glass faces Mount Fuji.

We used the payphone at the train station to call the resort and they arranged a pick up service for us. It arrived within 15 minutes of the call so we didn’t have to wait too long in the cold. It would be better if they could let us know about this arrangement in the booking confirmation. Driver who picked us up was a delight to meet! He was cheerful, coupled with his humorous mannerism, brightened up the otherwise gloomy journey amidst the cold. Location of the resort is quite far away. Although there was a 7-11 within 10 minutes of walking, the nearest shopping cluster was 20 minutes away, although this shopping cluster is quite a complete one with a full pharmacy, supermarket and plenty of food options, ranging from cheap to exquisite. The resort is 30 minutes walk (15 minutes drive) away from Kawaguchiko station. The location will be more convenient for travelers who drive. We woke up with a direct view of Fuji-San! Absolutely breath taking. Breakfast, served buffet-style was sumptuous with Japanese food. It filled us up and got us ready for the day. Upon check out, we realized we had to book the shuttle bus to the train station. We thought it would be readily available. This was not the case as the bus at the previous timings were full. This could have been made known to us upon check in. Also, the shuttle bus is actually a 7-seater car and not a bus. Maybe right-naming the vehicle is better as it will give travelers a better understanding the capacity of the transport.

I tried hot spring bath and it was great. Breakfast surprised me with self grill menu. It was pity that we could not see Fujisan because of weather.

Hotel service is very disappointed for the following reasons : 1. We booked 3 triple rooms for 3 persons but checked in with 9 persons. Hotel staff told us they would charge additionally but refused to tell us sum of additional charge for additional resident until we charge out. Hotel staff refused to admit their fault in this situation 2. Hotel charged additional ¥150 per day per person for hot spring even though client didn't attend hot spring. We are not imform about this cost when we booked this hotel. This is not reasonable for resident. 3. The additional charge for unregistered client is several times higher than official price at booking website. This is very unreasonable.

location is great if you have a car, free parking included and you can really see the mt fuji view from your room, we were on the 2nd floor and it was great. the setback of the stay was paying 150 yen per person for the onsen? we didn’t even use it and they say it’s mandatory and required by law… this was not stated at the point of booking so i was shocked by it, the 3rd pax bed is basically a piece of mattress and quilt had stains on it…. one night stay is good enough

Very good

Good nice Fuji Mountain View from the hotel room, as well as from the hot spring room. But the room and facilities is a bit old, air con/ heater is very dirty, mattress is old too. Breakfast and dinner need reservations, we had breakfast once, food is very limited, didn’t try dinner as wasn’t aware dinner also need reservation.

They charge us 350yen for Onsen maintain fee even we not use Onsen and more 1350yen for didnt type my friends information when I booked on app even its 3 single bad in the room
