Horrible, horrible experience. Air condition was not working during SUMMER and instead they provided a fan that could not oscillate and was louder than an airplane propeller when turned on. I asked for a refund but they refused. Do not book at all cost.

酒店地理位置沒得説，離福克斯冰川徒步集合點最近的酒店，窗外就是冰川山脈。 服務有點差……一開始給我們的房間wifi信號不好，我們向前台反映，前台竟然説從沒有過這樣的抱怨，表示不相信……我都無語了…… 好在最後給我們換了另一間靠中心的房間，也是解決了wifi的問題。

感謝攜程的工作人員，幫助我們退掉了一間房。因為同行的一位老先生摔傷，不能前往。攜程工作人員幫我們反覆協調，酒店方終於同意退掉了老先生預訂的房間。 感謝攜程！

酒店就在福克斯冰川直升機集合出發地點旁邊，入住後可以徒步走過來。我們來的時候因為下雨所以沒能成行，但是酒店本身還不錯，房間很大，唯一的缺點是水壓很小，洗澡不是很舒服。早飯是西式自助早餐，算不上豐盛但是吃飽沒問題。酒店旁邊的whitepub咖啡店可以吃白人晚飯，人均25-30紐幣一個人，味道還可以。福克斯冰川的酒店普遍貴，來新西蘭11天這是唯一一家價格超過1000的。

這個酒店入住非常滿意，感覺像新裝修沒多久的．床很舒服 也非常乾淨．服務品質也挺高．當天晚上到達酒店比較晚了，服務員幫忙辦理入住，還幫我們把車停在停車區．幫忙拿行李．很熱情

Dass man überhaupt die Frechheit hat für solche Zimmer Geld zu verlangen, ist unglaublich. Solche Unterkünfte gehören nicht ins Angebot,wie zum Beispiel von eBookers. Der Gemeinschaftsraum und die gemeinsamen sanitarischen Einrichtungen sind jenseits von Gut und Böse. Wer Gespräche vom Nachbarzimmer mithören will, liegt hier richtig. Dieses Hotel lebt nur von der Lage und dem Mangel an Angeboten.

Beautiful old hotel. Great service and central location. Friendly and helpful staff too. Breakfast was a good variety and there was parking available for hire cars.

It was a brief visit but pleasant visit. Room was fine especially as it had plenty of space and all the facilities we needed. The WiFi was very good compared to other hotels we stayed at. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. We would recommend staying here.

Spent 2 nights here, a little older accommodation has character, nice and clean and staff were great to deal with. Breakfast was included in our stay and plenty of selection to choose from, we had tra in the pub and loved the atmosphere, food and staff
