Es hat einen starken Einrichtungsstil der 1990er Jahre – es wird geschätzt, dass es seit mindestens zehn Jahren nicht renoviert wurde, es verfügt über angemessene Einrichtungen aus der Zeit der Planwirtschaft – die Leselampen sind manchmal gut und schlecht, und das Schwimmbad ist in Ordnung eine konstante Temperatur, aber es ist eine konstante Temperatur des normalen Wassers, das Badezimmer ist vom Waschbecken über die Badewanne bis zur Toilette und den Toilettenartikeln sehr einfach. Die Servicebereitschaft der Kellner und das Frühstück waren nicht zufriedenstellend.

Große Dienstleistungen von Frontdesk bis Zimmerservice. Esstisch-Buffet ist ausgezeichnet. Es ist auch nahe der Nacht Basar und der großen Einkaufszentrum.

We had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Nan Hai hotel during our recent family vacation. The hotel was incredibly well-suited for families - the rooms were spacious and clean, with plenty of space for our family of four. Thank you Alice, the hotel manager, she went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, offering helpful transfer and accommodating our needs promptly. The hotel's breakfast buffet was incredible, offering a wide variety of delicious hot and cold options to fuel us up for our busy days. The kids loved the made-to-order porridge and the selection of fresh pastries. We also enjoyed spending time at the hotel's large, well-maintained kids and standard swimming pool. The kids had a blast splashing around and burning off energy, while we parents were able to relax poolside. The adjoining kids' playroom was an added bonus, providing a fun indoor space for the little ones to play. Overall, the hotel provided an excellent home base for our trip. The combination of comfortable accommodations, attentive service, family-focused amenities like the breakfast and pool, and the kids' playroom made this hotel a perfect choice for our family getaway. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families looking for an stress-free, enjoyable vacation experience. It is very nearby Chimelong theme park as well.

Breakfast could do with a little effort but such an amazing place to stay sauna steam room yoga room etc

Location is good, also have the shuttle bus between hongkong and foshan, easy to get the tickets at the hotel.  It's very helpful for Shirley at the front desk.

After being thrown out of a hotel for being a foreigner, and the staff telling me that to my face… This hotel was beyond anything I could have dreamed! The attention to detail, the kindness, the quick check in. The room was beautiful with a bath enough towels to last me a year and it was a pleasant stay! I will surely return!

Die Einrichtungen des Hotels sind sehr komplett, der Fitnessraum, der Pool und das Spa-Zentrum sollten vollständig sein, die Zimmer sind sauber und sauber und die Details zeigen den Herzen des Hotels. It was a very good experience staying in this hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. We do not have WeChat pay but we want to make online order for food in the middle of the night when all the food services are closed. There is a staff willing to help us to order and make payment, and I paid him back via alipay.  There are restaurants in the same building that we wanted to try but due to limited time, we didn't try the food in the building.  But it is very convenient to take didi booking and go to places like LingNan World, 10 mins away drive from the hotel. The transport cost is cheap too. 

The facilities and buffet breakfast was good. Places were clean. We added a third bed after the initial booking and asked for the third bed to be cancelled one day before our arrival. Unfortunately, the small bed was still in our room when we arrived. We need to ask for its removal two times before it was actually taken away!
