"Excellent location, just next door to a big new mall and within 100m to the metro entrance. Alot to eat and see at the mall. Day 1 housekeeping was excellent, the second day housekeeping was haphazard, the duvets were not folded properly, just pulled up to cover the pillows. Rooms are big. The property is a little old, but still good. We enjoyed staying at the hotel."

Meine Freundin und ich teilten uns ein Familienzimmer, weil unsere Zimmerkategorie nicht mehr frei war. Das Zimmer selbst war toll, sauber und sehr hübsch. Alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Selbst kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie die Pfefferminzbonbons waren eine nette Geste und kamen gut an. Das Frühstück war Standard, aber von hervorragender Qualität, und der Service war freundlich. Die Lage war gut. Alles im Hotel ist modern und sauber. Die Nähe zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und zur U-Bahn war ideal."

"Overall, it was a pleasant stay and offered good value for money, though the hotel was extremely busy due to the Chinese New Year period.
However, I did observe an incident that raised serious concerns about the hotel’s management and hygiene standards. I saw a child urinating into the swimming pool drainage. Although the lifeguard assured me that the water would not flow back into the pool, it is my understanding that such systems typically circulate and filter water back into the main pool. Regardless of the technicalities, witnessing this with no apparent action from the staff left a very poor impression."
