Check-in process: Booked in the morning and received a quick reply. While we were on our way, the host completed our remote check-in via WeChat. They sent detailed instructions on how to find the room and the door code. Everything was very easy and hassle-free.
Room: The room was very clean, and the bedding was fresh. Complimentary bottled water, tea bags, and coffee were provided. A special thank you for the milk treat! Towels were disposable, which was convenient. The bathroom had liquid hand soap, shampoo, and shower gel. The only small thing was that there was no separate foot towel — not a big deal, just something to note.
Housekeeping: On the second day, housekeeping was done while we were out. Fresh towels, water, and toiletries were replenished.
View and comfort: The room was on the 33rd floor, offering a beautiful view of the city and the park. Despite the height, it was very quiet — we slept really well. The room is equipped with a washing machine, kettle, air conditioner, and a projector. When we noticed there was no laundry detergent at check-in, we messaged the host and they brought it right away.
Location: There are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. The neighborhood is nice, and popular walking areas are within a short walking distance.
A note on smoking: The listing mentioned that you could choose between smoking and non-smoking rooms. We didn't specify our preference at the time of booking, so there was a slight smell of cigarettes. Something to be mindful of if you're sensitive to it.
Overall, a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend!

MMatjazzzzzAfter my first stay at this marvelous seviced apartment I already knew that my next stay will be 1000% here again. So the time finally came and the feeling was not like going to a rented apartment but thanks to Abby it was like coming home.
I am really honest regarding praise for this apartment. The location, the cleanliness, the warm home feel you get from Abby and the staff is just on another level.
You are not just a customer you are almost like family.
Any foreigner or local staying in Foshan region should seriously consider this facility since it makes your stay perfect.
2 major metro lines literally in front of the building entrance, a modern mall with a million of food choices and a huge supermarket etc etc.
This time I am in China for 20 days and I thought for variety I would try 10 days of some other hotel but this is just unbeatable so I just extended.
Guys I am a very honest guy regarding reviews and giving credit to those who deserve it and this place deserves 11 out of 10 points really.

RRoman.KusCompared to my last attempt to stat there, this time everything was perfect. The room is big, clean, there is a washing machine, stable internet, very nice bathroom. More importantly, they provided a quiet room with no KTV neighbors, etc. there are plenty of nice restaurants around, especially 德川. highly recommend.

KkylierobbenBeautiful villa with great outdoor swimming area for toddlers and bigger kids/adults. Villa was clean and has all basic necessities like towels, some basic kitchen items , toothbrushes , hair dryer, WASHING MACHINE etc. As well as very comfortable sofa . There is also KTV. Staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely coming again. For foreign friends, I would suggest bringing coffee mugs and utensils as there are only chop sticks. The only slight downfall to note is the stone walkway in the garden is highly slippery when wet and very sharp a little dangerous for small kids and the swings are old and not safe . The baby pool to the side is not usable and the hot tub doesn't work but still worth the price . The Waterpark alone was amazing my children loved it ❤️ 💙 ♥️ I will definitely visit again.

My room was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood had little traffic and a peaceful atmosphere. Lots of shops and places to eat. There was also a supermarket 100 meters from the hotel. Very friendly staff. Recommended!
