The hotel is wonderfully located, next to the ski slope and with a private parking lot, very cozy and well-decorated. The hotel has a ski room, a boot dryer and a small SPA at its guests' disposal. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with a large and roomy wardrobe. Food is the masterpiece of the world. But best of all, what will make your stay wonderful and unforgettable is the wonderful staff, to whom I thank them for everything. She is always a smiling lady at the reception, who kindly helped in every matter, thanks to which we received a delicious dinner even though the kitchen was closed after 10 p.m. This is the lady in the office who informed the guests at breakfast about the situation on the slopes. These are always smiling ladies who take care of cleanliness, this is great restaurant service, and this is an extremely modest and friendly owner. Thank you all for a wonderful stay. Hotel wspaniale położony, przy trasie narciarskiej i z prywatnym parkingiem, bardzo przytulny i dobrze urządzony. Do dyspozycji gości w hotelu znajduje się narciarnia, suszarnia do butów i małe SPA. Pokoje bardzo czyste i wygodne, duża i pojemna garderoba. Jedzenie to mistrzostwo świata. Jednak najlepsze ze wszystkiego, co uczyni, że Twój pobyt będzie wspaniały i niezapomniany, to cudowny personel, któremu za wszystko dziękuję. To zawsze uśmiechnięta Pani w recepcji, która z życzliwością pomagała w każdej sprawie, dzięki której dostaliśmy pyszną kolację mimo , że kuchnia po 22.00 już była zamknięta. To Pani w biurze, która informowała gości przy śniadaniu, jaka jest sytuacja na stokach. To zawsze uśmiechnięte Panie dbające o czystość, to wspaniała obsługa restauracji, to niezwykle skromny i sympatyczny właściciel. Wszystkim Państwu dziękuję za wspaniały pobyt.

Once again, I spent a very nice winter vacation at the Alaska Hotel. Very good cuisine, nice service. Functional ski room, clean rooms. Very friendly staff. Rooms are nice and functional, cleaned every day.

Świetny rodzinny hotel usytuowany bezpośrednio na stoku. Rewelacyjne jedzenie. Pokoje nieduże ale czyste i ciepłe. Łazienka lata świetności ma już za sobą ale jest czysto i ma wszystko co potrzeba. Polecam

We had a wonderful 5 days staying at Hotel Alaska. We had booked into another hotel in the area but they contacted us to say that they would not be open and booked us into their sister hotel. We were very disappointed but as it was so late in the season we decided to go ahead and stay at Alaska. We made a great decision as it was a beautiful boutique style hotel, extremely clean with delightful, friendly and helpful staff and a lovely hotel dog called Honey. Food was excellent, especially dinner and the grill lunch is a must. We will definitely return again as loved the ambience of the hotel.

Once again, we were hotel guests for five days and I must say we really enjoyed it. The hotel has a great location right next to the ski slope and a very comfortable ski room with a boot dryer. The restaurant is great; very friendly service and impeccable waiter service. It is worth thinking about expanding the menu to include veg meals, so that there is always one vegetarian dish for a starter and a main course. The bathroom (especially the shower cubicle) seems a little outdated by now. Consider renewing gradually We will be happy to return to Alaska!

Great location, downhill skiing to the hotel itself. Outstanding food and service. Will definitely go there again. Helpful and cheerful staff, if something was missing from the food, they always met all cravings. I recommend 100%!!!!!!!

Ho soggiornato più volte in questo hotel in inverno, scelto inizialmente per la posizione sulle piste, poi confermato per la qualità della struttura dalle camere alla cena, dall'accoglienza alla colazione. Ho provato in estate ed è stata una piacevolissima conferma, oltre alle ottime qualità che già conoscevo ho aprezzato molto la disponibilità e l'organizzazione con cui accolgono gli sopiti in estate con attività e consigli per ogni necessità. Il fatto di essere piacevolmente nella tranquillità della vicinanza al bosco è un ulteriore pregio.

La struttura è molto confortevole, lo staff è accogliente e competente. Una nota di merito alla cucina, veramente ottima. Molto apprezzato anche il servizio di animazione per i bambini. Le stanze sono pulite e ordinate. Torneremo sicuramente
