Es ist sehr gut, direkt von der Bahnhofsbahnhof entfernt zu gehen. Wenn dieser Preis der Preis ist, müssen Sie etwa 20 Minuten von Trampolin ㅎㅎ nehmen + Die Umgebung ist sehr angenehm. (Nichts, wenn Sie schlecht aussehen) Ich hatte immer noch einen guten Blick und eine gute Nacht! + Es gibt einen Balkon!!! (Ich fühle mich gut, wenn ich nachts rauskomme)

Die Lage ist in erster Linie, die Umgebung ist sehr gut, das Frühstück ist komfortabel, der Service ist absolut, dieses Hotel kann wirklich keinen Ort finden, und ich mag es auch sehr. Aber die Einrichtungen sind unbehaglich, obwohl der Besitzer sehr ehrlich sein sollte. Das Klimaanlagesystem scheint viel Geld zu kosten, aber die Gäste können nicht selbst kontrollieren. Jedes Mal, wenn Sie die Rezeption anrufen müssen, ist der Start sehr langsam und beunruhigend. Die Wäscheleuchten sind so hell, dass die letzte Wäsche in der Nacht nicht schlafen sollte. Das Zimmer war insektig, ich sah den Hebel, aber ich fühlte mich nicht wie ein Seil, ich habe zwei Nächte gelebt, glücklicherweise habe ich kein Problem mit dem Körper gefunden. Der Rezeption-Servicebetreiber nimmt die Aufenthaltsverfahren durch und bringt Sie nach dem Abschluss ins Zimmer. Es fühlt sich seltsam an, wenn das Hotel und die Zimmerausstattung nicht so bedienen müssen. Die Zimmerausstattung ist auch seltsam, die äußere Ebene ist die Hälfte zu ziehen, schwach und präzise. Die Kleider sind auch seltsam. Das Hotel ist zum ersten Mal so kalt und im Allgemeinen gut, aber es fühlt sich etwas seltsam an vielen Orten. Also kehrte ich die letzte Nacht zurück und wechselte in andere Hotels.

I am not writing this type of reviews often, but unfortunately this time I have to in order to reflect the reality about this hotel. Prior to this hotel we stayed at another hotel in Rome also 4-star that we really enjoyed (price level and distance from city center was similar). Firstly, I would like to point out that this hotel, even though it has 4 stars, cannot be considered to be a European-level 4-star hotel at all, at maximum a refurbished 3-star hotel. Given the price and its location, I would like to tell you straight, it is quite expensive for what you get, especially given the further circumstances described below. Secondly, I have not read many negative reviews regarding the noise level, but would like to shed some light on that. Even though we asked for a quiet room, we got the room facing the hotel parking and front road. I cannot say that there was a lot of noise from the road, but you could definitely hear cars from the road. But the biggest problem is the noise insultaion, or more precisely its complete absence. We could hear our neighbours talking in the other room like they were in our room. Our neighbours were awake until late night and we could hear them receiving messages while chatting on the phone and it seemed like the phone was vibrating each time near your ear. There was also noise from outside and other neighbours (it was partially not clear where it was coming from), so overall an awful experience also given the fact that each room has roller blinds and some people are using them at night and each time you can hear the mechanism working (it is quite loud). When people flush in other rooms, it sounds like it starts raining heavily. To sum up, insulation is really bad. Thirdly, the room was furbished at the level of refurbished 3-star hotel, the old hairdriers from the 20th century, only one card key, thus you cannot leave the AC on when you leave the room. Room was not ventilated at all once we arrived, so it was very hot to sleep and smell was not very pleasant. Breakfast at the level of 3-star hotel maximum and they do not let people finish their breakfast telling at 9:55am that you have to leave in 5 minutes since the breakfast time ends at 10am. As a cherry on the tart, when we were leaving we were told that the water in the room was not complimentary when we arrived, even though we did not found anywhere information with pricing of water in the room. When I asked where we could find price list for water in the room, as I belive it should be clearly placed in a visible spot, the person at reception firstly insulted us in Italian (not knowing that we speak Italian) and then just answered arrogantly ”it is in the room”, showing that he does not want to speak with us. Unbelievable and unacceptable behaviour from staff, you are paying them for being treated in such a manner... Overall, I understand that Florence is an expensive and crowded city, but in this instance when we unfortunately had only extremely negativ

Ein paar Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof über McDonald’s (Ausgang der Bahnhof von links). Das Hotel ist wieder eingerichtet, so dass man leicht verpassen kann. Wir hatten ein Zimmer für drei, ein Doppelbett und ein niedriges Campingbett. Zimmer, die täglich zusammengestellt wurden, und Handtücher wurden häufig geändert. Wardrobe mit vielen Hängern, sicheres, komplimentäres Wasser im Kühlschrank. Ich fragte, ob wir eine Kehle haben könnten und das war kein Problem. Badezimmer ziemlich großes, Dusche mit Toiletten. Schön weißes, großes Badhandtücher. Große Lage für viele große Restaurants und nur wenige Minuten von Attraktionen entfernt. Zimmer sind ziemlich warm, aber es gibt Luftkon. Frühstück besteht aus Joghurt, frisches Obst, Brot, Croissants, geschrotet Eier und großartiger Kaffee. Das Hotelpersonal ist so hilfreich, sogar drucken unsere Tickets für eine unserer Reisen. Würde noch einmal dort bleiben, nächstes Mal aus dem Bahnhof von der linken!

Am alten Brücke von Florenz, 403 River Landschaft Suite, das Wohnzimmer hat ein Fenster zum Arno River, die Lage ist gut, aber die Heizung ist nicht zu heiß. Am dritten Tag aktualisieren Sie uns auf die größere Familienflossen Suite 405 nebenan, mit sechs Personen Restaurant, zwei Toiletten, besser 👍🏻 Das Frühstück im Hotel ist auch sehr reichhaltig. Empfohlen!

Es liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Santa Maria Novella entfernt. Sie können auch mit einer Straßenbahn vom Busbahnhof kommen. Das Zimmer ist wirklich sauber und ich schätze es, dass auch Gäste im Schlafsaal Annehmlichkeiten wie Seife, Handtücher und Handtücher kostenlos nutzen können. Da es jedoch keine Küche gibt, könnte es für Leute, die ihre eigenen Mahlzeiten zubereiten möchten, etwas schwierig sein.

The hotel is within walking distance from the Cathedral/ historical city. The hotel has parking space available that needs to be booked in advance. We had big room with view on the garden. It was quite, nice and clean. The room we had has also kitchenette. If next time in Florence I will first try to book room in this hotel.

Der Grund, warum ich 3 Sterne stimme, ist, weil ich nicht in der Lage war, eine anständige Dusche zu nehmen, weil das Wasser blockiert wurde und es nach 5/6 Minuten zu überflüssig an den Boden. Sie müssen einen Piloten anrufen, da alles im Toilette blockiert ist. Ich ging zum Spa, auf den ich wirklich wartete, und ging dann in ein ”Hot Tub”, das kalt frischen! Das Salzzimmer war kalt in sich und das Dampfzimmer war nicht einmal dampfend. Das war enttäuschend. Ich habe dem Empfangsmann darüber gesprochen und er sagte, er würde jemanden anrufen, morgen früh zu kommen, um es zu reparieren. Angesichts meiner Erfahrung im Spa war es schrecklich, dass die anständige Sache, die das Personal mir hätte geben können, als Dank ist eine kostenlose Sitzung. Aber ich habe nichts davon. Insgesamt gut ist keine schlechte Lage, da es Busse in der Nähe von dem führt Sie direkt zum Stadtzentrum, aber Bitte kann der Manager einen Piloten rufen und reparieren diese blockierten Duschen.

Wir waren 2 mal dort (für insgesamt 6 Nächte) um Florenz zu besuchen. Die Lage des Platzes ist absolut optimal um Florenz mit der Fahrrad zu erkunden. Man fährt ca 15 Minuten am Arno oder an der Straße lang und ist mitten im Herzen dieser wunderbaren Stadt. Der Platz selber ist sauber, man hat genug Platz und die sanitären Anlagen sind absolut top. Wer Florenz mit dem Wohnmobil besucht und nicht hierhin kommt, ist selber Schuld :)

This hotel was booked by a company I am working for, so I am sure it was booked purely on price as we were quite a large party. I understand that any business coming out of lockdown has a hard job on its hands, but on entering my room, I did feel it was necessary to wipe everything down with disinfectant wipes as everything was quite dusty. Some of my colleagues were unhappy with the cleanliness of their rooms. Following my initial clean down, my room was tidied daily. Wifi is poor, except in reception which has nowhere to sit and work, so if you are here on business, you don’t have any privacy to get work done. Continental breakfast is okay, but I cannot think of anything good to say about the cooked food, except that I have lost weight because I have not eaten very much. We are not allowed out of our bubble, so we have not been allowed to eat elsewhere, but if you can, I would. I have been served undercooked pasta five nights in a row, which tastes of salt, then meat and fried potatoes, which again tastes like it has been preserved in salt. Day 5 and the vegetarians in our group are stiil being served meat which could be considered quite funny, but they were not impressed. Although the staff are very apologetic, it is then replaced somewhat later with a greasy omelette which looks extremely unappetising and lonely on its plate but the soup is okay. They didn't have any sauces or gravy to serve with the food at the beginning of the week so the food tasted very over cooked, salty and dry, but we did get gravy this evening, so it has improved a little. I have been craving some vegetables with my dinner but greasy Salty eggplant is the only option. Oddly, mixed veg is served at breakfast. They dont really understand dietary requirements, so if you are ceoliac, best not chance it. I maybe doing the catering staff a dis-service, because they may have been drafted in from a different occupation, like myself and just doing their best in difficult circumstances. Catering is clearly not their forte. Everyone seems friendly enough.
