Nettes Hotel in guter Lage aber in die Jahre gekommen Queensize Bett waren zwei zusammen geschobene Einzelbetten. Auf unsere Frage hinaus diese zu befestigen wurde nicht eingegangen. Personal sehr überheblich und unfreundlich. Zimmermädchen hat unsere Karte aus dem Slot einfach mitgenommen und diese ist verschwunden. Auch auf unsere Frage ob die deutschen Sender nicht funktionieren und ob man diese einstellen kann wurde nicht richtig reagiert. Wir wurden nur kurz angebunden abgewiesen mit der Aussage das der Fernseher funktioniert. Preis Leistung stimmt hier nicht überein.

Hotel is in a great location and within walking distance of the main attractions. From Florence Airport it is a short ride on the tram and then a few minutes walk to the hotel. Both the train and bus station are also only a few minutes walk away. Hotel staff are excellent - both at reception and in the restaurant. We had the buffet breakfast each morning and all the usual items you would expect to see were there - both hot and cold. We opted for a smaller room which was on the 2nd floor facing out the rear of the hotel There was no exterior noise. Room was good and had a very comfortable bed. The mini bar contained snacks and drinks such as coke, health drinks all of which was free. Our favourite restaurant was a 5 minute walk - Antica Trattoria Il Giardino dal 1939 located at 61 Via della Scala. Tip - they offered discounts for certain time bookings online. Food and service excellent.

Ein paar Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof über McDonald’s (Ausgang der Bahnhof von links). Das Hotel ist wieder eingerichtet, so dass man leicht verpassen kann. Wir hatten ein Zimmer für drei, ein Doppelbett und ein niedriges Campingbett. Zimmer, die täglich zusammengestellt wurden, und Handtücher wurden häufig geändert. Wardrobe mit vielen Hängern, sicheres, komplimentäres Wasser im Kühlschrank. Ich fragte, ob wir eine Kehle haben könnten und das war kein Problem. Badezimmer ziemlich großes, Dusche mit Toiletten. Schön weißes, großes Badhandtücher. Große Lage für viele große Restaurants und nur wenige Minuten von Attraktionen entfernt. Zimmer sind ziemlich warm, aber es gibt Luftkon. Frühstück besteht aus Joghurt, frisches Obst, Brot, Croissants, geschrotet Eier und großartiger Kaffee. Das Hotelpersonal ist so hilfreich, sogar drucken unsere Tickets für eine unserer Reisen. Würde noch einmal dort bleiben, nächstes Mal aus dem Bahnhof von der linken!

Der Service war ausgezeichnet, das Personal beim Frühstück ist wunderbar, könnte aber mehr Abwechslung vertragen, jeden Tag dasselbe. Gut für einen 3-tägigen Aufenthalt! Das Hotel hat nicht viele ruhige Zimmer. Sie haben die Wahl ... die Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht haben Lärm von Autos und dem Bahnhof. Man hört die Leute in den Nachbarzimmern und auf dem Flur reden! Die Türen haben ringsum Lücken. Die Aufzüge sind nicht leicht zu entziffern: ABCD Einige gehen nur zu O, 1 & 2 (B), andere gehen nicht zur Rezeption, ohne den Aufzug zu wechseln oder lange Strecken zu laufen. Überprüfen Sie die Barpreise vor der Bestellung. Die Lage ist sehr günstig zum SMN-Bahnhof. Erwägen Sie einfache Tagesausflüge mit dem Zug nach Viareggio und Pistoia. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind vom Hotel aus zu Fuß erreichbar. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Fotos beinhalten Ansichten des Duomo von den Zimmern und persönlich und den Botanischen Garten der Universität in der Nähe von San Marco

Das Personal war sehr professionell und jeder sprach Englisch. Das Zimmer war sauber und alles, was wir brauchen. Die Lage war gut für mich, weil ich zu jedem Ort gehen konnte, wo ich zu besuchen wollte. Ihr ”kontinentales Frühstück” war gut und hatte viele Dinge - Yoghurt, Muffins, Eier, Bacon, Croissants und viele andere Dinge.

Großes Hotel, das sehr gut gelegen ist, es ist in der Nähe von allen berühmtesten Orten in Florenz. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und die Lobby des Hotels ist schön. Wir fanden das Zimmer und das Bett besonders sehr komfortabel. Das Essen im Frühstück ist sehr gut. Unser einziger Vorschlag ist, den WiFi-Service zu verbessern, das Internet war sehr langsam und manchmal ist es abgekoppelt. Alles andere war perfekt, wir empfehlen es definitiv.

From the moment I checked in, until the moment I checked out, I was thoroughly looked after at the hotel by the friendly and professional staff. Many thanks to Alessandro on Reception and Claudio from the bar for looking after me so well. If you are travelling from the airport, catch the tram to Uscita Place which is a four minute walk to the hotel. Keep to the left when you alight the tram and the hotel is situated opposite United Colours of Benetton on Via Cerretani. The location of the hotel is fabulous as I walked everywhere. I was upgraded to a Superior King Room, which for Italy was very spacious, clean and comfortable. I asked for a room in a quiet area of the hotel and heard no disturbances throughout my stay. The hotel is not very large and very contemporary inside with a good restaurant, bar and lobby area. I had a complimentary cocktail in the bar and all of my soft drinks in the mini bar were also complimentary and unlimited free water as part of my All Accor status. The breakfast was buffet style and had a quality selection of food and drinks, and an excellent selection of pastries, which I walked off every day. I thoroughly recommend this boutique style hotel for your stay in Florence due to its excellent connection links with the airport, it's location for all the local attractions and large rooms for Italian properties.

Das Hotel ist nicht weit vom Bahnhof entfernt und kann zu Fuß erreicht werden. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Flusses und nur etwa zehn Minuten von der Kathedrale Santa Maria del Fiore und anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Auch die Hardwareausstattung des Hotels ist gut und auch das Dekorationsdesign ist sehr vernünftig. Aber zu dieser Zeit waren viele Leute am Check-in und man musste sich anstellen, um sich anzumelden. Der Schlüssel war, bis 14 Uhr zu warten. Das Hotelfrühstück ist in Ordnung, aber das Servicepersonal des Hotels ist offensichtlich nicht so begeistert von Chinesen, und wenn man Westler sieht, wird es bereits mit Begeisterung serviert, was für mich kein gutes Gefühl ist Habe in vielen Hotels ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht.

The Firenze Repubblica apartments are well located in the heart of Florence; you can explore the whole city on foot and have one of the best views of the city. The apartments are within a mixed use apartments building, but they are secure and there is a reception area as you walk in through the large wooden doors (note: this is a day only concierge area for the building, as opposed to a reception for the guests of these apartments, but the staff who are present when it is open are helpful and welcoming). Upon arrival, follow the address specified to find the apartments, and you are greeted by a positive and helpful management member. The management team give you contact details too if you happen to need them during your stay. The apartment itself is spacious, nicely decorated and generally well maintained. The view from your terrace is the highlight and unique selling point. It is stunning and well worth every penny. The terrace is a good size so you can relax there too. The apartment appears to be sound proofed as you hear no noise at all, it is also fully air conditioned/heated. The Prosecco was a nice touch on arrival, and you are equipped with essentials such as shampoo etc. as well as a large umbrella which was very useful! The shower although in the middle of the room, has a privacy curtain if you wish to use as well. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a central, attractive apartment with a beautiful view. We were only here for a weekend, but as it’s so well located, you can see so much of what Florence has to offer thanks to this. It is also next to two taxi ranks which is helpful as Uber isn’t really available here. One tiny thing to note: there is no safe in the apartment we stayed in. This would be a great addition!

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Sie sind zehn Minuten von der 100-Blumen-Kathedrale zu Fuß entfernt. Viele Restaurants umgeben sind auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Zimmer ist sehr komfortabel und der Service ist sehr schnell. Aber die Isolierung ist nicht besonders gut. Es kann aufgrund der Anzahl der Jahre des Hauses generell empfohlen werden zu bleiben.
