Wir bekamen eine schlechte Suite im innersten Teil des Hotels. Das Zimmer war groß, aber leer. Die an der Tür hängende Herzogin trägt ein grünes Licht, was besonders auffällig ist. Ich habe mit dem Hotel über ein Downgrade auf ein kleines Zimmer verhandelt, aber die Rezeption sagte mir, dass mir für die Umkleidekabine 100 U berechnet werden (was einer Ablehnung des Antrags entspricht). Bleiben Sie nicht im neunten Zimmer. Ich hatte solche Angst, dass ich die ganze Nacht nicht gut schlafen konnte.

本來訂的是Junior Suite，並且也在攜程上給酒店留言想要那間紅色的房間，但到店以後那間紅色的還是給別人住了，酒店的前台工作人員表示沒有收到我的留言，所以想住那間紅色房間的友友還是得打電話到酒店確認。 和酒店溝通以後加了100歐住的royal suite。房間非常大，窗外正正的對着大教堂，卧室和客廳都有壁畫。這個酒店位置非常好，就在大教堂旁邊，基本上大部分的景點都可以走路去了。 服務也不錯。但是設施整體就一般，早餐也不太豐盛。晚上回酒店要拿鑰匙司機開樓下大門，體驗下就好了

酒店非常古老漂亮，早餐很豐盛，還有提供水和茶歇。出了酒店門就是聖母百花大教堂，這麼少的位置有停車場是真的很方便。晚上很安靜，隔音很好

很不錯，位置一級棒，聖母百花大教堂出門就是，酒店整體維護保養的挺好的，房間住着也還行，唯一小缺點，電視機小了點，離遠了看不清了。早餐也很不錯

房間美如畫，地理位置無敵，宮廷風的早餐大廳，賓至如歸

Meine Frau und ich haben während einer dreiwöchigen Italienreise im Palazzo Niccolini übernachtet. Dieses wunderschöne historische Hotel hat eine reiche Geschichte, die bis ins 16. Jahrhundert zurückreicht. Es war ein Vergnügen, in solch einem einzigartigen Anwesen zu übernachten. Unsere Decke hatte ein einzigartiges Fresko und einen Kronleuchter, wodurch man sich fühlte, als ob man in den Uffizien wohnte. Unser Zimmer war wunderschön mit Möbeln aus dem 18. Jahrhundert ausgestattet, hatte ein großes Badezimmer mit freistehender Badewanne und einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Dom. Das tägliche Frühstück war gut zubereitet und wurde in einem schönen Salon serviert. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam, was das kulinarische Erlebnis noch besser machte. Das Personal an der Rezeption war hilfsbereit, obwohl sie um 21 Uhr gingen und schnell nervös zu werden schienen. Die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer funktionierte in der ersten Nacht nicht, was das Schlafen unmöglich machte. Das Personal an der Rezeption kümmerte sich jedoch gleich am nächsten Tag darum. Wir empfehlen den Palazzo Niccolini für Ihren nächsten Aufenthalt in Florenz.

My wife, son and I stayed here for one night during spring break. I wish we could have stayed here longer. Beautiful place or should I say palace! We stayed in the Royal Deluxe Suite and enjoyed the spacious rooms. Great views of the Duomo out the windows. It's literally straight across the street with nothing blocking your view from top to bottom. Loved everything about the accommodations. Breakfast was the best we had on the entire trip. Staff was exceptional. They let us leave our bags at the hotel while we explored the city after check out. The train to the next destination didn't leave until mid afternoon so the temporary bag storage was great. Location is pretty central to all the attractions museums, restaurants, Ponte Vecchio and Santa Maria Novella train station. Maximum 5-10 minute walk to all attractions.

5 star service, food, room, location! The wonderful owner and staff at Palazzo Niccolini made our stay in Florence memorable. From before check in to after check out, every detail was thought of and mastered. They were so helpful and welcoming.

It was in such a handy place to many of other sites, our room looked straight to the Duomo, I think her name was Alana, she was lovely and very helpful. Their breakfasts were great also. An old building, 400 year’s old but kept in great condition

This hotel exceeded expectations. The room was beautiful, immaculate, and spacious. The hotel itself is right on the Duomo, but it is extremely quiet when you close the window. The staff is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I needed a bunch of travel stuff- some laundry, a good blow out (hair style), printouts…they had impeccable recommendations and immediate service. There is a lovely breakfast that we finally tried and kicked ourselves for not using more. The courtyard and sitting room are lovely if you want to spread out, and the charm of the historical building is balanced with luxurious touches in the room. It’s on a tight street and the staff is brilliant about managing the flow of people and luggage so that you feel like you are the only guests there. Seriously, skip the air bnb and stay here- we met the owner who is also the GM and you can really feel the attention to detail and expert hospitality. I would only ever stay here when I return to Florence.

We only had one night in Florence but we were very happy with our stay. They arranged a private walking tour of Florence for us with an awesome guide & we really loved that and appreciated their help. They allowed us to check in early, gave us the room we requested, and arranged our car service. Location was excellent & room was very clean on top of being huge & having gorgeous frescoes on the walls. Our only regret is that we didn’t have more time. Highly recommend!
