Dieses Hotel war fantastisch. Das war ein kleines Hotel, das seinen Gästen so viel bietet. Wir blieben hier für 6 Tage, so buchten wir eine Suite. Das Zimmer war groß mit viel Schlaf- und Sitzzimmer, sowie ein großer Schrankraum und ein schönes Badezimmer. Der Konzern war großartig. Der Konzern hielt uns mit Reiseplänen, der Organisation eines großen Tourführers und der Erstellung großer Empfehlungen für das Abendessen. Frühstück war jeden Tag großartig mit guten Wahlen und wunderbarer Service. Wir waren in einer tollen Lage - in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und des Duomo. Wir genossen, Billard zu spielen und am Abend bei der Bar zu trinken. Das wird das Hotel sein, das wir buchen werden, wenn wir nach Florenz zurückkehren. Alles war großartig.

I arrived with my septuagenarian parents on April 27 for a week-long stay. The hotel provided us with the right room classification on arrival, but I was concerned that the suite was single bathroom instead of two and the closet space was not optimal for our needs. Annamaria, Victoria and Samuele stand out as front office staff who listened and acted swiftly to help address our request for help and resolved the issue the next day. That was the first wow moment of our stay. I also recommend the breakfast (came with our reservation package) and you should take advantage of the Rooftop Bar, the view of the Duomo and across the city 360 degress is suberb. After 10+ visits to Florence, this hotel has become my new preferred location and I anticipate returning here in the years to come.

Das Hotel eignet sich als idealer Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt mit ihren vielseitigen Angeboten zu erkunden. Zentraler, mitten im Leben, geht es nicht in Florenz. Nach einer aufwendigen Renovierung des gesamten Gebäudes ist das Hotel noch schöner geworden. Die öffentlichen Bereiche und die Gästezimmer bestechen durch ein helles und freundliches Design, wie man es aus anderen Hotels der Rocco Forte Gruppe kennt. Hochwertige Inneneinrichtungen, geschmackvoll arrangiert, wie man es von einem Hotel der höchsten Kategorie erwartet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Den Gast erwartet hier nicht der angestaubte und oft verblichene Charme eines alten Grand Hotels. Die Zimmer und Suiten sind, wie gesagt äußerst geschmackvoll und eingerichtet und mit sämtlichem Komfort ausgestattet. Die Bäder entsprechen höchsten Erwartungen. Marmor ist da eine Selbstverständlichkeit, genau wie Handtücher mit den Monogrammen der Gäste. Die Größe der Zimmer ist jedoch zu beachten. Die kleinsten Zimmer messen knapp 30 Quadra**eter. Für manchen Reisenden dürfte das ein bisschen wenig sein. Die bessere Entscheidung ist zweifellos, auf eines der größeren Zimmer auszuweichen. Alle Zimmer sind mit neuester Technik ausgestattet. Auch in den öffentlichen Bereichen präsentiert sich das Rocco Forte Savoy, wie es sich für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie gehört und bietet anspruchsvollen Gästen alles was sie erwarten. Hervorzuheben ist dabei das Restaurant das sich als modernes Bistro präsentiert – mit Außenplätzen direkt an der Piazza. Mit dem exzellentem Angebot und der Qualität der Speisen, gehört es zu den angesagtesten Plätzen in Florenz. Sehen und gesehen werden, hier das Motto offenbar, direkt am Piazza Republica inmitten von Florenz. Ob draußen oder drinnen, dort wird auch das Frühstück serviert. Motivation und Servicebereitschaft sind im Savoy mehr als gegeben. Das gilt durchweg für alle Beschäftigten – ein wunderbares Team. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis entspricht auch im Rocco Forte Savoy den übrigen 5-Sterne-Hotels in Florenz. Very good and charismatic place right in the middle of everything in Florence: shops, museums and restaurants, you can get anywhere within few minutes of walking. The front desk in very limited time arranged for us a short (we stayed 4 nights only), but not easy to execute program including a day in Chianti with 2 private winery visits (wineries from my list) and provided us with plenty restaurant recommendations. Which truth be told turned out to be better than couple of restaurants we found ourselves searching and reading reviews. The minuses. We were staying in a suite on the 2nd floor, which in Vecchietti is actually quite high due to high ceilings on each floor. The windows were to a side street and upon arrival we were assured that the windows are soundproof. But every night we were woken-up several times first by various partygoers returning back to the hotels/apartments and next by communal services collecting the garbage. The shower is tiny, has stone tiles floor and a big window that saw better times, which is letting in plenty of air from the outside. Even sitting on the toilet, which is located next to the shower door, (excuse me for details) one can feel cold air blowing from the shower door, which can’t be closed completely. On top of that one of the maids always found it a good idea to leave that window open for the whole day after leaving the room doing the cleaning. This being in November already. So, going into that shower was an ordeal every time.

With the air con not operating, the room was quite stuffy, but windows open so you can get fresh air. Das ist ein schönes, sauberes Hotel mit guten Einrichtungen und Lage und einem ausgezeichneten Frühstück. Es hat eine sehr traditionelle Dekoration, mit einem modernen Badezimmer. Unser Zimmer war genügend angenehm, aber das Fenster sah eine Wand an und hatte riesige Schließfächer, die wir nicht öffnen konnten. Daher war im Zimmer kaum natürliches Licht. Ich fand auch das Personal etwas unfreundlich, vor allem auf dem Rezeption. Es gab keinen Grüß, wenn Sie vorbei gingen, und sie scheinen etwas konservative - nicht die übliche Freundlichkeit, die Sie auf einem Rezeption erwartet hätten. Das Frühstückspersonal war viel schöner. Ich mag dieses Hotel, aber ein wenig Freundlichkeit und ein Lächeln gehen eine lange Straße und hätte unseren Aufenthalt verbessert.

Die Lage des Zimmers ist gut, im Stadtgebiet kann das Zimmer als großes, sehr schönes Hotel angesehen werden! Die Lobby des Hotels ist sehr stilvoll. Das Frühstücksumfeld ist auch gut! Die Aufteilung des Zimmers, eine dreiköpfige Familie, wird während des Aufenthalts nicht überfüllt sein! Das Kinderbett befindet sich auf der anderen Seite des Raumes. Guter Platz, drei Koffer fühlen sich nicht zu voll an! Das Badezimmer ist nicht klein, das Duschbad ist sehr interessant, es ist flexibel und versenkbar! Die Klimaanlage des Hotels ist etwas heiß und die Klimaanlage ist ausgeschaltet, aber es fühlt sich immer noch etwas heiß an! Alles andere ist in Ordnung! Sehr kostengünstiges Hotel.

Alles, was wir wollten, waren sie bereit, uns von Tickets zu einem Cab zu helfen. Wenn Sie nicht in Europa gereist haben, erwarten Sie nicht große Palastzimmer. In der Tat bieten die meisten Hotels in Europa kleine Zimmer mit Doppelbetten. Wir hatten ein King-Size-Bett. Das einzige negative in Bezug auf das Zimmer war, dass der Schlafbereich zu klein war für einen Kleiderschrank, so müssen Sie kreativ mit Ihren Kleidung. Und das wurde von einem Mitarbeiter des Hotels arrangiert. Wir haben nicht für das Frühstück gewählt, weil wir selektiv über Frühstücksmahl, aber das Hotel hat kostenlos Expresso oder Cappuccino angeboten. Auch das kostenlose Wasser während des Aufenthalts.

Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, sauber, reine, antike Elefanten sind sehr interessant. Zum ersten Mal traf ich einen Elefanten, der immer nach dem Talent betrieben werden muss. Die Rezeption-Personal war sehr geduldig. Obwohl das Frühstück einfach ist, die Sorte ist nicht zu reichhaltig, aber für uns genügt es, Schließlich gibt es Restaurants und Cafés überall. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, sauber, reine, antike Elefanten sind sehr interessant. Zum ersten Mal traf ich einen Elefanten, der immer nach dem Talent betrieben werden muss. Die Rezeption-Personal war sehr geduldig. Obwohl das Frühstück einfach ist, die Sorte ist nicht zu reichhaltig, aber für uns genügt es, Schließlich gibt es Restaurants und Cafés überall. Die Lage ist großartig, wo immer ich hingehe, die Straße ist ruhig, das heißt, die Isolierung ist nicht zu gut. Wenn es ein Kind oben im Zimmer laufen und laufen, hört man es immer noch deutlicher. Die Wärme ist sehr leistungsfähig, auch im Winter muss man sich nicht um den Kalt Sorgen machen. Das Badegewässer ist sehr heiß und sehr zufrieden. A 10 minuti dalla stazione di S. Maria Novella e a 15-20 dalle principali attrazioni, è una location comoda con i principali servizi delle vie vicine. La camera singola è piccolina ma ben arredata (ci sono anche tratti di affreschi sul soffitto) e fornita. Viene fatta la pulizia approfondita della camera quotidianamente e rifornita di acqua in bottiglia, te e ciò di cui c'è necessità. La colazione è in una piccola cucina che affaccia sulla strada e vengono forniti biscotti, merendine, mettendo a disposizione anche la macchinetta del caffè e il microonde. La proprietaria e i suoi collaboratori sono gentili e raggiungibili telefonicamente in caso di necessità.

Gute Lage, in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Zimmer war sauber, der Service war gut und das Leben war praktisch. Es gibt auch viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe zu sehen. Geeignet für Reisen.
