Hotel location is great. Very easy to get to, easy to get into the ancient town, and lots of shops & restaurants nearby. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms were a bit cramped and showers are small with a tendency to leak water across the floor. You can adjust the strength of the a/c but not the actual temperature, so the rooms were warmer than we found comfortable. Linens were in good repair but did find discoloration on bath towels. Doorknob to one room was broken and needed to be repaired while we waited. Because it was the holiday time the hotel was quite busy and other guests were happy to let their children run screaming in the hallways, even close to midnight. The rooms don’t adequately block out this sound and there doesn’t seem to be any quiet-hour policy in effect.

The hotel is located next to the old town and one can see that it might have been a luxury hotel some time ago. Hower, compared to similar hotels it feels old and used. The personal is helpful, but lacks of English knowledge, which is bad for an "international" hotel. A western breakfest does not really exist, besides of pure toast and coffee. As this hotel is recommended in many English blogs and travels, I was hoping for more, but maybe it was just the wrong time in the year.

I recently stayed at this hotel. The good news is that the place was pretty clean, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. However, the bad news is that the whole hotel reeked of smoke, thanks to the chain-smoking neighbors. The lobby, hallways, canteen, and even my room were all filled with that nasty smell.

小黃鴨套房簡直不要太可愛😄小小朋友肯定超愛。竟然裡外兩間都有獨立衞生間，關上門就是兩個獨立的套件啦。早餐很豐盛，米粉太好吃了，吃了兩碗😎最大的亮點是這是我住過的最最安靜的房間了，真是一絲絲聲音都沒有！床和枕頭也非常舒服，對於我這種睡眠不太好的這就是頂配了！就在古城裡，距離江邊也很近，設施不是很現代，有贈送的水果～

房間設施老舊，衞生間看起來臟臟的，玻璃膠已經變黑了。淋浴間噴頭衹能手拿，非常不方便。早餐品種少，且外包了，所以服務不太好，基本等同於沒有服務。但是價格便宜，有停車場，位置好，這是其他酒店不能代替的。點贊他們的導遊服務，代訂夜遊船票+景點聯票才128比網上便宜，導遊陪玩我們六個人才100元，相當舒服。酒店還用的老式的管理辦法，手工開入住單？

暑假帶孩子來鳳凰古城，在攜程看了很久才選擇這間酒店，果然沒有讓我失望，房間衞生比較乾淨，工作人員很熱情，還有水果送，早餐也非常豐富，酒店門口有個大的停車場，停車方便，下次有機會來鳳凰古城，還會選擇這間酒店。

**⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 超適合帶娃的親子房！** 這次入住親子房太滿意了！房間氛圍以哪吒主題風格，寬敞温馨，專門為小朋友準備了小床和可愛玩偶，孩子一進門就超興奮！浴室還有小童洗漱用品，細節滿分。位置超棒，步行幾分鐘就到鳳凰古城，玩累了回來休息超方便。早餐種類豐富，孩子愛吃的水果點心都有，服務人員也很貼心。下次來鳳凰還會選這裏，強烈推薦給帶娃家庭！

非常滿意。酒店大堂豪華氣派，環境無可挑剔。工作人員態度很好，真的有一種賓至如歸的感覺。定的是親子房，還是最新的哪吒敖丙IP，並且孩子的房間是單獨一間，類似雙卧套房。小童設施也應有盡有，入住後孩子都不想出去玩了。一樓有酒店自己的旅遊部，有她們自己的導遊陪同遊玩，定沱江夜遊還有協議價。總之各方面都非常滿意。

房間位於鳳凰城古，新交界，極方便進古城遊沈從文故居，又在高鐵專線站終點站附近，交通方便，店裡服務人員態度好，可在店裡定夜遊船票，邊城演出票，古城景點套票，票價多為協議價，比下高鐵推銷的或窗户買的便宜不少，可店裡請導遊，一天一百，導遊可帶去品償地道的苗家菜，店離夜遊的北門碼頭不遠，步行幾分鐘可達，衹是店內的洗衣和烘乾機有點少，僅各一台。

位置在古城的邊上，離核心區沱江步行穿過古城大概七八分鐘，逛過去一點也不遠。最滿意的是車子可以直接開進他們的院裏，專用停車場停車位也挺多。房間也很大，床具也舒適，價格也不高。住下以後果斷又續了一晚哈哈。
