Familienfreundliche Hotels in Orlando

Das Hotel war großartig und wunderbar für unseren Zwischenflug. Wir mussten warten, bis wir an der Rezeption eincheckten, da auch andere Gäste eincheckten. Sie entschuldigten sich jedoch für die Wartezeit und gaben uns kostenloses Wasser. Ich würde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen, wenn Sie in der Nähe des Disney-Viertels übernachten möchten, auch wenn es etwas weiter vom Flughafen entfernt ist.

Ich habe ein Paket aus China per DHL Express ans Hotel geschickt. Ein Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption checkte mich ein und fragte nach dem Ankunftsdatum. Er überprüfte die Unterlagen und sagte, weder an diesem Tag noch am Tag davor oder danach sei ein solches Paket eingegangen. Ich wollte nachsehen, aber er ließ mich nicht. Ich sagte, mein Name stehe auf dem Paket, und er meinte, das sei nicht erlaubt. Ich sagte, ich hätte Fotos von dem Paket. Könnten Sie hineingehen und für mich nachsehen? Er meinte, es seien zu viele Pakete und er könne sie nicht alle sehen. Ich sagte, dann kann ich mein Paket nicht herausholen, oder? Er hat mich tatsächlich gebeten, das Kurierunternehmen anzurufen. . . Das Problem ist, dass es seiner Logik zufolge für das Kurierunternehmen sinnlos ist, nur auf dem Zettel zu sagen, dass es zugestellt wurde. Ich fragte ihn nach seinem Namen und er sagte, sein Name sei ALLAN Am nächsten Tag fand eine andere Dame und ein anderer Herr an der Rezeption das Paket anhand der von mir bereitgestellten Fotos erfolgreich. Ich habe die Gebühr bezahlt. Ich hoffe, das Hotelmanagement kann sich verbessern.

Die Zimmer sind größer als Standardzimmer in anderen Hotels. Die Zimmerkarte des Hotels ist Universal Studios Express, was äußerst kostengünstig ist. Das Hotel hat auch einen Wasserbus zu und von den Universal Studios, was bequem für die Reise ist. Die Serviceeinstellung des Hotelpersonals ist ebenfalls gut, Parkservice, früher Check-in und andere Dienstleistungen haben die Erfahrung der Gäste berücksichtigt.

Schönes Hotel sehr nahe einem schönen Teil der Stadt. Der Hof war schön und ich schätze die Einrichtungen - wie der Shop im Lobby und die Willkommenspack. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr komfortabel und sauber und ich schlief gut. Es gibt eine Mikrowelle für Heizungsfutter, aber keine Schneidwerke oder Platten, so dass es vielleicht hilfreich gewesen wäre zu berücksichtigen. Ich fand die Dusche fiel kalt, aber ich war in einem Drehmoment so sah nicht in, warum das sein könnte. Ich würde wieder bleiben :)

Overall stay was good. Staff was excellent, willing to help, and courteous. Rooms and hallways were okay. Beds were kind of short. Breakfast was okay with normal food served. Yogurt had been frozen along with muffins and etc. Pool was good but not enough lounge chairs for everyone. Hot tub was nice and hot but the jets didn’t work making it more a hot pool. I would definately stay there again. No major issues and great staff.

Overall experience is not bad but not as expected! Rooms are small and it’s missing a lot of important amenities for a family trip most importantly the microwave. The self laundry room operate by coins and the coin machine there is not working so you have to walk to the reception to get changes. They don’t charge resort fee but the charge $28 for a self parking which is far away from the building! You have to walk all the way there and pay $28 plus tax a day! There’s shuttle but don’t operate after certain times. Rooms are quiet, clean and full of towels. Location is not that great putting that you have to walk to the parking to get to the car and drive to the international drive near icon park. I don’t think I’ll book there again.

Der kleine Bruder am Rezeptor ist sehr nett. Ich habe bestätigt, dass es das erste Mal, dass ich geblieben bin, sehr detailliert mit uns vorstellen, dass die Abfrage ohne Rückgabe der Karte ist. Die Karte ist schnell, wir können unsere Postkarte behalten. Am nächsten Morgen können wir die E-Mail online abfragen. Zum Park kommen Sie alle ins Hotel zurück. Der Bus, die Parkplatzkarte, die Parkgebühren nicht bezahlt werden, ist insgesamt sehr kostengünstig.

Früh am Morgen kam ich zum Hotel, die Gepäcktasche war auf der Rezeption. Nachdem Disney um 11 Uhr wieder im Hotel gespielt hatte, wurde uns eine erste Etage-Rotationssuite aufgestellt. Die einzige nicht sehr zufriedenstellende Saison ist, dass die meisten Zimmer ein gemeinsames Zimmer sind. Ich traf immer die Tür zu den Kindern, die uns zu verlassen. Der Service ist sehr gut, das Hotel hat uns auch 20-Schnüre Kredit gegeben, um Frühstück zu essen, der Halle hat Starbucks, das Buck-Book-Frühstück 18 Personen, wir haben alle Starbucks zwei Tage gegessen. Es gibt keinen Bus nach Disney, die Zeit ist nicht richtig. Es gibt ein Apothekerhotel in der Nähe, ich finde es sehr gut, empfehlenswert.

Ich mag es sehr und ich esse zu Abend, aber es hat mir nicht gefallen, weil ich zu spät rausgekommen bin

We were a family of 5: 2 adults 3 teens booked for 2 nights. We got to the hotel late, 10:30 pm, the check in line was long so check in was around 11. We booked and received a suite, 3 queen bed, 1 bathroom, pool view. The room was cute and generally clean with the exception of some liquid splatters on the walls here and there. A key had been provided for each person in our group for the free hour entry into the parks however we learned that you also have to use the card key to turn on the lights in the room. There either wasn’t a fan in the bathroom or it wasn’t working and though there were plenty of towels there were only 4 washcloths (original booking was for 6 individuals). We parked our rental in the parking garage and though it wasn’t terrible, it is a bit of a walk to the elevators. If you don’t want to go off site for food the food there was okay (at least during dinner time, don’t know what they served for lunch/breakfast) and honestly reasonable priced with a range number of options. But there are plenty of options in the surrounding area. Any beverages and snacks of course are higher in price. The buses to the park were clean with ride being 5-10 minutes and we never really had to wait coming and going from the park. They cleaned the room when we went to the park however again didn’t provide enough washcloths. I called front desk about it however had to end up hunting down house keeping about an hour later to get one and even that was almost not successful. Overall the stay was okay and I guess you can expect to feel safe as I was told by my husband that a female security guard followed him to our room after he asked for directions. But again everything was good until we got home and realized our personal keys that we kept in the middle console of the rental and had both our home and car keys on had been stolen. Security did claim to check the room we had checked out of with of course no success and then afterwards it took some time for them to truly understand the situation, after being placed on hold a couple of times and then transferred to I’m assuming their supervisor who at first sounded irritated I was then told that there are no cameras in the parking garage. They did take down my contact information and description of the keys but also indicated that having “over 8,000 visitors” at the hotel a day that it may take some time to know if the keys are ever found. So in other words don’t leave ANYTHING important in your vehicle.
