At check-in I was told that since my card couldn't swipe due to a damaged magnetic *****, I would have to provide a different card. They said they could not key the card in, nor could they use the chip. That is unacceptable for any business these days. Surprisingly then, when I told them I didn't have another card to use, they found a way to key the card in.
Also, the blackout shade in our room was stuck in the down position. We had to stand on a chair and affect a basic repair in order for it to work properly.
Finally, the breakfast service was woefully understaffed....no pancakes, had to wait on omelettes, no hard-boiled eggs.
Would not recommend this property to anyone.
