Overall stay was good. However, the hotel charged me again even though my stay was fully paid. Had to contact Trip.com to liaise with the hotel. These were the extras that should not have happened in the 1st place.

Wonderful 1 night stay near the LAX airport with friendly free airport transfers. Walking distance to in-n-out and Carl's junior

It was an enjoyable stay with Fairfield Inn, at El Segundo. The service from the front desk, to the cafeteria staff during the breakfast to the airport shuttle service were great! All of them were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, the room was smaller than we expected but acceptable. Otherwise, the whole experience was great.

Second time at this hotel. Will continue booking this hotel every time I fly into LA. The parking is free the deposit is not ridiculous and there’s no weird hidden extra fees. Stayed at the Four Points down the road and they charged $350 for deposit which I have yet to get back. They also charged an outrageous $50 parking fee per day. Fairfield is a far better choice. Breakfast was great and the shuttle was extremely convenient to the airport.

Staff was very accommodating, location was good (safe), airport shuttle runs 24 hours. Soft beds. Would def staff again.

Good airport hotel with lots of restaurants nearby. Used their shuttle and it’s always on time. Check in and check out was fast. Bring your own slippers, nice shampoo conditioner and shower gel provided and bar soap. Could be cleaner but guess it’s good enough for this price.

Booked in advance for my daughter. Room pre payed. She was still charged for the room! Hotel tells me they didn't charge me. But. I have already pre payed. How hard is it to refund my daughters card!

So, my check-in and check out were pretty pleasant. Dequan (I hope that I spelled it correctly) checked me in and was pretty helpful, precise, pleasant, and welcoming. My room, however, was pretty stuffy but tidy enough. The furniture could really use some TLC. I had breakfast downstairs, and it was fresh. When I returned to my room, I noticed that my toilet wouldn't flush. I returned downstairs to get assistance and was met by an uninviting desk agent with a slight scowl on his face, addressing me under-eyed, telling me that help would come soon. No apology or anything, and I'm a pretty bubbly person, so there was no reason for him to meet me with such weird behavior for something that wasn't my fault. I waited an hour.... I went out for the day, but when I returned around 3:30ish p.m. I found that my room hadn't been touched. I returned downstairs and asked if there were a reason that housekeeping hadn't touched my room because I really needed fresh wash clothes and a floor mat and trash taken out. I was then told, in a manner as if I was supposed to know, that housekeeping only comes the third day and that im only staying for 2 nights. I said, "Well, I didn't know that, and if California is different about things, then I'm unaware, but I need fresh towels at the very least." She confirmed my name and room number and said that someone would bring some up. I stepped away to grab a bite to eat and was gone for about an hour and a half. When I returned, there was not one change. I took a nap, and when I woke up, STILL NOTHING! I was done dealing with everyone, so screw it! The site had a really weird stinch that started the second day that was almost unbearable. I was leaving at 3 a.m. so I didn't care anymore. I CERTAINLY wouldn't recommend this site to anyone. If I could get some of my money back, I certainly would because the treatment was overall trash! What a shame!

Unbelievable to hear at 9pm that “the room is not ready but will let you know when and if it becomes available” Had to wait until 10 PM TO CHECK IN !!!! Unheard of. Unkind. Ruthless. Once in the from, it was so obvious that housekeeping is not a priority. Shame on this hotel that has all the potential but fails to deliver a reasonable service.
