Very clean n very polite jus staff during the day was no help when needed

I had an emergency and need a place to stay. I booked the room minutes before arriving and my room was ready. I was right next to three fast food restaurants and 2 gas stations, and a shopping plaza. The Hispanics restaurant located at the rear of the hotel has some amazing tacos and a bar of homemade sauces that were purely wonderful. The room was average but the swimming pool was getting some well deserved maintenance.

The place was not clean. The carpet was coming apart. The service was not very friendly but did follow through with my request. This place needs better maintenance for sure it was dirty

The staff, location and cleanliness of the hotel was good; however, our bathroom door would not close so we brought it up with the front desk. I was there when the maintenance person was notified and he himself told me he'd go up to our room and fix it while we were out for the day. So that is why I gave facilities a 1 star because I don't even think he made an attempt to fix our bathroom door and we were there for 4 nights.

En la página web indica que la tarifa incluye desayuno y no es así , el hotel no cuenta con restaurante . Muy mal porque cuando vacaciónanos como familia siempre buscamos una tarifa con desayuno incluido . Este hotel no cuenta con Restaurante, por lo tanto es una publicidad engañosa . Muy decepcionados …falta mantenimiento también , la alfombra vieja, e igual la tina del baño, muy viejo.

En mi experiencia fue la peor fecha que decidimos hospedarnos en este hotel, ya que en esos días estaban reparando la calle de al lado de nuestra habitación ( la 265) no pudimos descansar bien. Aunque soy políglota, hay una chica hispana que no quiere hablar español, ella nos atendió a la hora de hacer el check out con fecha 11 de Diciembre 2023. La conversación fue en inglés sin problema, ya que requeríamos información a cerca de si tenían servicio al aeropuerto ( no tienen, ellos llaman a un taxi y el taxi da el servicio. ) Respecto a la ubicación, está bien, pudimos hacer nuestra compras en un centro comercial que está justo en frente del hotel, se tiene que llegar en vehículo porque hay que cruzar la avenida. ( caminando no es posible) Lo otro es que al llegar (7:00pm) estaban dos hombres fuera de su habitación tomando bebidas embriagantes y eso nos dio un poco de desconfianza. Su habitación quedaba justamente abajo de la nuestra. En ese tiempo no vimos vigilancia o algo así que rondara por el hotel.

房間通風不好，有異味。床單都比較臟。空調運作的聲音很大，開着空調是無法睡覺的。服務員是不錯，比較方便的是有免費早餐，種類不算多但是該有的都有。
