This could be a good place to stay... They only need to tell people the truth on their listings. Actually there are no mountain views, only one "city view" - one room that looks into the busy street. The room I booked: the window faces the dirty wall of the neighbour building ( room D), it is about 30 centimeters from the other wall - almost no natural light - I was changed to another ( room C - see images). Here half of the window is taken by the balcony of the next apartment, so it is "blurred out". The remaining half looks into a small courtyard square surrounded by other buildings. Room A is the only one that gets a view (street). There are 4 rooms on each floor. If they honestly listed the rooms there would be no shoutings with angry guests and people would give better ratings. I hope they realise they are hurting themselves with this attitude. On the good side: the internet is quite good, the room is clean and they were helpful in giving directions where I can print some pages. The small kitchen and washing machines are on the roof - floor 6. The view from here is really good, you can see the surrounding mountains and the sea on the other side. I was told I have to take the rubbish downstairs after me each time, but the other guests don't have to - which is really strange.... The sea is quite near, just a few steps then walking down about 20 stairs. There are many restaurants and stalls selling fruit within 5 minutes walk.

Good location, facilities were all pretty decent and in good condition!

The hotel is really close to the sea, with a nice common terrace full of flowers and all the facilities in the rooms. The staff is really nice and helpful! I have found this place by chance after calling many hotels that don't accept foreigners, but I'm very happy. The staff doesn't come every day for towels, etc...but you can ask.

Great trip, nice people Only thing no elevator but they took our suitcases upstairs. It’s very clean, well decorated.

特別好，五星好評，老闆人非常熱情。房子也乾淨，物美價廉。距離海邊也特別近，走兩步就到海邊，吃的也很多，特別方便。老闆還幫我們修好了行李箱，非常感謝，下次有機會還來。

入住很滿意，與照片一樣，老闆人很好，還送了我們西瓜吃😊在這裏住了三天，房間床品很乾凈，陽光充足，離海邊特別近，離天涯海角景區也很近，走路十分鐘就能到達。（天涯小鎮的沙灘上，可以看到南海觀音）

酒店不錯，就在小鎮裏面，下次有機會來三亞還要住在這個民宿裏哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈

很好住安靜又能看海逛吃也方便，晚上坐在樓頂看免費的煙花。

在天涯小鎮內，鬧中取靜，房間乾淨，用品齊全，房東熱情。

民宿位置很好離海邊很近，交通便利，老闆熱情，還幫忙抬行李。屋內比較乾淨衞生，色調藍白設計，充滿海洋的氣息。屋外走廊有小陽台可以晾曬衣服。民宿價格不貴，房門有安全鎖很安全，周邊餐飲便利。

對得起這個價格嗎？請問。水龍頭也是換的，而且基本的礦泉水也沒有；大清早來就來敲門説打掃衞生；我沒有開門自己拿鑰匙開門就進來了……還好東西沒有不在；太不安全了……避坑

周邊有很多吃的，離海灘近，樓上可以看海景，衞生非常乾淨，晚上還可以看到海邊放煙花，非常推薦這家。

實話實説，淡季，小鎮裏這樣的民宿很多，這家我挑的還可以，可以看到海平面，可惜前面的樓房水塔太佔地方
