Nice rooms, restaurant, and pool. Good snacks and massages. The water pressure in the bathroom was very low and the rooms smelled a little mouldy. Management changed our room, but the problem wasn't really solved. Breakfast and spa area could have been included in the price, but were not. Some areas were a little run down and the bars were always closed.

My 10th time to visit El Nido, and this is the best resort that I have stayed at. i give it 5 stars. Beautiful rooms and really lonely atmosphere . I highly recommend this resort, and the staff are excellent too.

The place is amazing - intimate with a lot of character. Perfect for couples. We got upgraded to a better room which was beautiful and spacious (they mentioned we’re the first ones to use that room). Since the room was new, the staffs weren’t familiar of the room number/name, and we needed to keep on reminding them for make up room and change the towels, else they would forget to do it. The food was amazing too! Just wish they included coffee/tea/juice in their breakfast package. Meanwhile, there is one amazing staff called Joe. He always has a smile on his face and goes an extra mile to remember all the guests’ names, and make sure the guests are happy and comfortable.

❌ Bad smelling towels, leaking toilet, dirty pool and pool area, bad lighting getting to the room, no direct access to the beach and a bit over priced. Seems more style over function. ✅ Super friendly and helpful staff, good air con, good and comfortable bed, good drinks, quiet location during the week. Close to El Nido town and Las Cabanas.
