It was so clean and the room was spacious and the staff was very friendly

Clean and spacious room. Amenities provided including hairdryer. Buffet breakfast for children is free. It is £13 per adult if booked the day before.

The impressions were very good, the hotel has everything you need for your comfortable and easy stay there. The staff made me very happy and were very decent. They consider the customers wish and do everything to make you feel good in this hotel. Very kind, polite and good staff. I would like to say a special thank you to the girl working at the front desk of the hotel Daniela, I apologise if I spelt the name wrong. I want to note that she is an excellent worker, very delicate and correct approach to solving issues, and her human kind, sincere attitude, leave only positive emotions, as if there was no problem. The location is very good, the stop is a minute's walk away and taxis can take you 10 minutes to the centre. I would also like to mention the restaurant and bar, beautiful cosy atmosphere and home comfort, delicious food. Thank you to this hotel.

Excellent location and everything was good. 4 star for service cause the doors dont shut properly and our door was left open once the cleaner had come and gone whilst we were out.

We stayed for 4 nights . Firstly, On our arrival, we couldn’t expect the service like Asian Hotels. We had to carry our luggages , moreover our room was not lift landed floor . So we had to mange ourselves getting into our room, it was a bit frustrated.Secondly , huge disappointment, no cleaning into our room on day 2 and day 3. I called the receptionist who said would do next day however it was in vain. After all my complaints , finally house keeping cleaned our room but they didn’t touch the coffee bar . Dirty spoons were not replaced , rubbish had not been thrown. The amount of hotel fee for such service was not worthwhile at all.Finally , only one small lift which was not functioning all the time. We ended using stairs . Well , it’s just ok for the location and nearest bus stop . I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

the quits are very dirty, the pillows dirty too, and the bet sheets dirties as well. It is a roof, not regular floor, no lift to this floor. Washing water is sooo tiny, and noisy between rooms. Very satisfied. There is a video to showing, but too big to upload. Called service man to change quilts cover, he did a good job. But the environment scared me, and shocked me.
