I have travelled extensively and stayed in a plethora of hotels around the world and the Kimpton Edinburgh is by far one of the very worst hotels. Undoubtedly the most overpriced, disappointing hotel I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. One expects slightly more from a room @£560 a night than a dingy room with a very small window that hardly opens, a small double bed, backing onto a noisy alley. When opening the window the room quickly filled with exhaust fumes and cigarette smoke. The aircon kept turning the temperature up no matter how many times you turned it down, which in the current heat (19 July 2022 30°+) made it impossible to sleep. The bed was rock hard, the pillows... I have no words and the bed linen so scratchy my elbows and heels feel tender. I honestly have nothing good to say about this hotel, I can with certainty say I will never return! Do yourself a favour and stay away!

酒店除了大門比較小，經過很難發現外（確實太低調了哈）， 其他都非常不錯，特別是工作人員都非常的熱情友好，對所有的客人都是如此，很難得，該酒店一點國內的高逼格的民俗的感覺，在大廳休息工作上網的感覺挺好的，下次來應改還會入住.

房費是在攜程提前付款的，辦理入住時讓我們提供信用卡，説是萬一有其他消費。住店期間我們在這家酒店沒有任何消費，為何退房後直接扣掉將近23英鎊？

門臉比較小，不太明顯。但進去之後很大，整體不錯。 訂的家庭房，連結寫的是大床加一張沙發床，實際是大床加一張小的單人摺疊床。有點偏軟。

這個酒店四層閣樓沒有電梯，需要自己爬上一段非常狹窄陡峭的旋轉樓梯，很困難。房間裏有飲品但是沒有開瓶器。各方面都差點意思。

一開始搞錯了我們的房間，不過兩位staff 態度還是很好的，很快的做了調整，整體都很友好，房間設施很新，所處位置也不不錯，在酒店就能看到愛丁堡城堡

房間較小，基礎設施可以，洲際旗下品牌，剛進國內首店開在蘇州。服務人員態度都很熱情，早餐也很豐盛，離愛丁堡王子街很近。

5성 같은 4성 조식도 좋고, 인테리어도 깔금하고 5성이라도 손색없을 정도록 훌륭했음. 출장 팀이 논의가능한 조용한 구별된 장소도 있고, 서비스 또한 100점 개인 여행자에게도 100% 추천

很方便、衞生

Overall an underwhelming experience. To get any service you had to ask for it. However when asked they were very helpful. Would we stay there again. No. Would we recommend - yes but not as a 5 star experience.

Beautiful hotel and fantastic service! The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff were kind enough to hold on to our luggage after we checked out of our room so we could explore the city We had a very pleasant experience all around. Highly recommended if staying in Edinburgh!

The service and cleanliness were both a solid average. I felt the hallways near the rooms were unsafe, dimly lit, and basically could have anyone walking in and out with no security. Breakfast was great. The room was fine.
