Bleib weg! Nicht wie beworben und völlig irreführend, im Grunde ein „Clip-Joint“, ein Ort, der einen verarscht. Ich war der einzige Gast auf einer Etage, die aufgrund von Renovierungsarbeiten praktisch unbewohnbar war, und das Beste daran? Ich verließ das Frühstück um 6:15 Uhr und war der einzige Gast im Speisesaal, nur um herauszufinden, dass drei Mahlzeiten von meinem Lastschriftvisum abgebucht wurden. Käufer aufgepasst.

I have one word: location. It is perfect for walking around in the city, and there are some lovely shops around. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is clean. I cannot ask for more. Next time I will still book the same hotel. I had a lovely stay.

Très bon accueil par le personnel, chambre propre, bon petit déjeuner, emplacement en plein centre, c'est parfait!!!

Le personnel accueillant, aimable, trouve des solutions pour tout 😉😉☺️. Manque parking gratuit car toujours penser à alimenter le parcmètre pas évident. Un frigo dans la chambre serait en plus.  Plus de confort (fauteuil, et ) dans le bar pour une ambiance plus cocooning. Machine à café ou thé disponible est bien agréable ☺️

This centrally located Hotel exceeded expectations. The rooms are a decent size, clean and appear to be recently refurbished. Bathroom was a decent size .Parking is available on the street or in the underground garage. It offers outstanding value for money for tourists and budget travelers. The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was Ok with a reasonable selection with fresh bread, cheese, ham, jams etc. Its self service which worked well. The quality of the hot dishes on offer was however disappointing. The powdered scrambled egg brewed in the microwave was horrendous. Best avoided.

We stayed for 3 nights at the Best Western Cargo Hotel in a superior room at the members rate. We booked on short notice and it was great value for money - large room, comfy bed, nice shower. Good selection for breakfast, and really wonderful, helpful staff! I especially want to highlight the friendliness of all the local people we met. We had a small incident where we were woken up by a call from reception around 7 am as we had accidentally parked our car in a place where they were setting up the market. Instead of towing our car, police went to the hotel and asked for the owners, giving us the opportunity to just move the car and avoid a fine. Both hotel staff and police were super friendly about it! If we come back to Dunkirk, we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Lovely few days in June with my Hubby & Mum & Dad, over the 80th Anniversary of the D Day landings, great hotel, fab brekkie, great location aswell. Thank you to Malik & his staff whom were very friendly and helpful- Malik saved us when trying to get a Taxi back from the Harbour & they only spoke French 😀! My French was somewhat rusty from school days but he sorted it all for us :) brilliant job. Would highly recommend 👌

The hotel is nothing like the photos they display on their site. Much more like the photos in these reviews. Not very clean, very stuffy and basic. The evening staff were lovely, the morning staff didn’t care that the room was too hot and wouldn’t provide a fan! I would avoid this place at all costs!

First things first... the hotel is due to be renovated later in 2022, so say the posters and it's needed. Nevertheless, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. Check in was swift and efficient. Breakfast buffet was simple but complete for a continental breakfast.
