Good place to see firework from burj khalifa. Nice location, roomy but swimming pool is quite small.

This hotel has a good restaurant, but it is located in an inconvenient area.

I HAD A VERY TERIIBLE EXPERIENCE DURING MY STAY AT THIS HOTEL WITH MY FAMILY FROM 11TH SEPTEMBER 2023 FOR 5 NIGHTS, THE ROOM SIZE WAS VERY SMALL. THERE WAS NO DRINKING WATER IN THE ROOM AND NO BATHROOM SLIPPERS , NO TOOTHBRUSH TOO. ONLY REQUESTING THESE BASIC AMENITIES WARE GIVEN. AT NIGHT THERE WAS LOUD NOICE OUT SIDE THE ROOM MAKING IT DIFFICULT TO GET THE PROPER SLEEP. WHEN I HAVE REQUEST ANOTHER ROOM THEY ASK ME TO PAY A NON RESONABLE AMOUNT. WE HAD CHOSEN THIS HOTEL AFTER SEEING THE REVIEWS WHICH WARE GOOD. BUT ME PERSONALLY HAD A POOR EXPERIENCE DURING MY FAMILY STAY. AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE.

房間很大，配全套廚具，樓下有小超市，步行10分鐘內有大超市。附近飯店多，各種特色菜品。離杜拜塔步行40分鐘即達，樓頂有恆温游泳池，可以看到杜拜特和商業灣全景。樓上有健身房，設施可以。

Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Zimmer im absoluten Top Zustand inkl. Ausblick direkt auf den Burj Khalifa. Sisha Bar mit Restaurant im unteren Bereich des Gebäudes. Gesamte Rezeption mit Esraa und Management mit Mostafa zu jeder Zeit mit einem Lächeln bestückt und agieren sehr professionell. House Keeping mit den Jungs Hasan, Fahad und Akkash, zu jeder Zeit sehr hilfsbereit. Macht weiter so !!

I have been living at Royal Continental Suites for a year now renewing for a second, and couldn't be more satisfied. Sohail and Harshika, in particular, are outstanding. Their friendly smiles and willingness to assist at any hour, even scanning documents late at night, make the front desk service exceptional. They truly enhance both living and business experiences here.

My recent stay at Royal Continental Suites was truly exceptional. The hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, with beautifully designed rooms that are both spacious and relaxing. The staff, particularly at the reception, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth and enjoyable. Their warmth and professionalism made a big difference. The hotel’s location in Business Bay is ideal for both business and leisure travelers, and the facilities were well-maintained and modern. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Dubai.

Really enjoy my stay here for nearly 9 months for work. Especially Fahad and Karan always helpful with a smile and keep my room sparkling clean and ensure all amenities in good condition. Would definetely recommend everyone to stay here. I actually call my friends to move here with me and they really enjoy it. All the available kitchen fridge washing machines etc makes me feel like home. They even have a lounge downstair Babati with great service with a view on the top floor to enjoy New Year fireworks. Every other staff from the bellboy and receptionist also helpful.?Overall definetely 5*

I have been staying in this hotel for many days and it feels like my second home. I stay in room number 706. The rooms is good and big enough for my family, and the hotel amenities is good, View is amazing The staff of this hotel are very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping service is excellent. The names I would like to mention are especially ( Mahmudul Hasan and Prakash ). And specially I have known ( Mahmudul Hasan ) for a long time. He is very good and always behaves well. They always keep my room clean and tidy. Their service is amazing. We are impressed for especially the staff at housekeeping staff and reception staff. Excellent hotel and excellent service from housekeeping we were pleased with the choice, if we come again we will choose it again. Very beautiful view from the windows, polite staff, very tasty breakfast and delicious food delivered to your room. promptly resolved all of our issues. Special thanks to Mahmudol hasan and Prakash for keeping our room clean and tidy throughout our stay! We always came clean and comfortable, just like at home! Mahmudol hasan and Prakash their have amazing experience about hotel espec. They inspected and made sure all rooms were cleaned properly.
