Das Zimmer war sauber, kein Geruch. Die Klimaanlage war kalt. Das Badezimmer ist sauber und es gibt immer heißes Wasser. Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe des Ausgangs B der U-Bahn-Station Union. Nach dem Überqueren der Überführung sind es etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Daneben befindet sich ein großes Einkaufszentrum. Es ist bequemer zu essen. Zum Flughafen können Sie jederzeit den Bus C01 nehmen, 3 Dirham, Sie können zum Flughafen fahren Gehen Sie zum Geschäftsviertel Deira und laufen Sie 1 bis 2 Kilometer, womit Sie im Grunde alles abdecken können. Da es sich bei Union um einen U-Bahn-Eingang mit zwei Linien handelt, ist es auch einfach, zum Dubai Mall zu gelangen

Zain International Hotel in Dubai was a disappointing experience. The hotel is couple unfriendly, demanding an exorbitant security deposit. The staff were rude and unhelpful. The rooms were dirty and of cheap quality, failing to meet basic standards of cleanliness and comfort. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is terrible. This is a pakistani hotel, the hotel staff is selling escorts in the hotel, hotel staff offered me to pay 600 Dirham for girls two hours sex in my room, plus 100 Dirham to pay to the reception, I didn’t accept their offer, also there is a massage room in the first floor, they also offered an escort girls for 600 Dirham. I said NO, I don’t want it, the hygiene is rubbish in the hotel, they don’t change the duvet, giving the same brown colour duvet every customer, location is in very poor area. There is a night club in the ground floor in the hotel. Pakistani and Indian girls dancing in ground floor kind of night club night club. It is open until 04:00 am morning. Which one girl you like it, one of pimp dealing with you about the price. I bought the ticket online in trip.com, I arrived to Zain International hotel at 09:00 in the morning. The receptionist yaseen told me I need to wait until 13:00 for check in but, some tourists came to the the same time around 09:00 in the morning, they paid cash money and the receptionist gave the room to them straight away with the keys. Couple of people checked in in the morning because they paid cash and the receptionist wanted to hold me until 13:00 because I paid online, they wouldn’t take extra money from me. Then I complained if the rules says 13:00 check in why your giving the room to them. The answer was “they paid cash and more money that is why” I told them that I will complain about your behaviour then after one hour time they gave my room, I stayed two nights- three days, nobody came to clean my room during this time. Also when I checked out the same receptionist told me to wait becauee bellboy will go to my room and check if I forgot something, the reason was the hotel staff check every single room if the hotel guest stolen anything from the room. Then the receptionist told me your room looks good, you can leave. I first time received kind If situation, hotel staff doesn’t let you leave the hotel because they check if the hotel guest stolen anything from the hotel. It was embarrassing. Just pay little bit more money to the other hotels, don’t stay in this rubbish hotel.

Dirty water and the worst Receptionist😡

Плюсы: Местоположение отличное - близко от метро, от аэропорта, если летите в/из Дубая. Оживленный район с магазинчиками, точками питания, возле метро ночной рынок, рядом канал и пристань, где можно прокатиться на лодочках за недорого. В номере было чисто, в принципе все работало как надо. Доброжелательный персонал. В ванной набор для душа - мыло , шампунь, лосьон. Минусы - запах прокуренного номера, Кондиционер прямо напротив кровати, мы его не включали, вернее сразу отключили - погода позволяла и без него обходиться ( но в жару, когда без кондиционера не обойтись- будет дуть прямо на кровать), розетки в плохом состоянии, нет переходников под евро - берите адаптеры. Нет чайника, нет воды, но полый мини бар алкоголя)). На пару ночей нормально, просто из бюджетных вариантов мало было приемлемого, ну и видимо как повезет с номером.

The hotel is good, but there is no swimming pool, and secondly, there is no minibar inside the rooms, tea, sugar, water. All of this is not available. These things are purchased inside the hotel.

Everything was good overall staff and all the food and drinks served on time they have responsible staff

They haven't proper services for room cleaning. This property didn't have any pool.. Their door locking system of the room is very bad.. Every time you lock the door, you have to activate the card key from the reception and many times the card keys didn't work even you activated, and you have to go down 2-3 times to activate the card
