Ich kann es absolut nicht empfehlen! Täuschung und ruinierter Urlaub. Ich habe ein separates Zimmer mit einem Bett gebucht, damit ich mich nach einem langen Flug endlich wohlfühlen konnte. Vor der Reise korrespondierte ich zwei Tage lang mit dem Besitzer, der mir versicherte, dass das Zimmer auf jeden Fall für mich reserviert sei. Doch alles stellte sich als Lüge heraus. Als ich erschöpft von der Reise dort ankam, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass mein Zimmer von zwei Frauen belegt sei und niemand dieses Problem lösen würde. Anstelle des versprochenen Komforts wurde mir angeboten, in einer anderen Wohnung in einem anderen Eingang in einem Zimmer mit acht Betten zu schlafen, in dem sich andere Gäste befanden. Als Reaktion auf meine Empörung und zweistündiges Gespräch boten sie lediglich eine Entschädigung in Höhe von 12 Dollar an, was nicht einmal ein Zehntel des verdorbenen Eindrucks deckte. Sie haben überhaupt nicht versucht, das Problem zu lösen: keine Hilfe bei der Suche nach einer anderen Wohnung, kein würdiges Angebot auf ihre Kosten. Ich war gezwungen, an diesem Ort zu bleiben, weil es zu dieser späten Stunde nichts anderes mehr zu finden gab. Zu sagen, dass mein Tag ruiniert war, ist eine Untertreibung. Statt der versprochenen Behaglichkeit und Entspannung fand ich mich in einem Raum mit mehreren Fremden wieder. Ja, dort war es sauber und die Klimaanlage funktionierte, aber das milderte das Gefühl der Demütigung und Täuschung keineswegs. Dieses „Hotel“ ist ein Beispiel für eine eklatante Missachtung seiner Gäste!

Urban Panda Hostels ist eine gute Unterkunft, wenn Sie nach Dubai kommen möchten. Ich habe vor kurzem dort übernachtet und bin begeistert von der Art und Weise, wie sie ihre Dienste anbieten. Schönes und sauberes Hostel.

The hostel located is a wonderful n area of Dubai Marina. I lived in a room for women in a 8bed and i made a alot of friends n connections if you like adventure n to meet new people this hostel the best option then the boss is very friendly

This was my first time in hostel, and I have to say that I am amazed. I was very lucky to have very nice housemates that we could chat, and have fun together. On my first day, Ghate show me all important locations. In the hostel I felt like I am part of a big family, I’ve met a lot of different, but very nice and friendly people. I made a lot of friends and connections. If you like adventure, and to meet new people, this hostel is the best option for that. Locations is also the best for the money, you are very close to Rixos and JBR beach. I didn’t need to use taxi or to be stuck in traffic, also metro is very close. Cannot wait to go back to my new family in Dubai! I am sending a lot of love for Hafi, Ghate, Zulhumor, Husein, Keti and the guy from Ethiopia, I cannot remember his name, but I hade very deep conversations with him, all of you guys, made my trip 100 times better! Also I spent a lot of time in the gym, that was very good, and pool. There are 2 pool that you can use, and also sunbeds, it wasn’t crowded at all, only couple of people, and that also made my vacation more relaxed!

I’m gonna say that is perfect place. I was staying with good people there, we all respected each others. Clean, good smell inside, good location and service. Thank you, will come back again.
