Employees do not care much about the visitors. The first expression seems ok, but if you pay in advance, they don't really care about you. Expensive drinks and food, according to the quality. For example, tuna salad costs 12 eur, and you will receive tuna from cheap tin. Restoran alla card is same place like swedish table. Waiters are slow. lot of small children, mostly babies in the restoran, so you can not eat without being disturbed with baby cry. Very expensive mini bar. 0.5 litre of natural water costs 3 eur!!! Criminal. Espresso coffie costs 2.2 eur! Ambient in terme is too hot and very strong smell of chloride! Parking is mostly on the grass and not asphalt. I dont recommend it. There are some much better places in the area.

I was in the Jezrčica spa, it was great, there was no crowd, you can take a deck chair without any problems. It has an indoor pool with cold water, an outdoor one for children, a large one and another with water slides. The price is acceptable. There is ice cream and something to eat. Super spa for families with children. It is a few minutes from the center of Stubica. The price is reasonable so I highly recommend it.

I had the best massage ever, performed by magnificent Ivana. Saunas are a delight, a perfect place to relaxe after a busy week...or just to chill. Rooms are new and very clean. Overall recommending and will visit again with my hubby

One word would describe this hotel and wellness - POOR. The new owners just raised the prices without any improvement in service. Hygiene is questionable, especially in saunas. The staff is mostly unfriendly and without knowledge of the order and way of working in such facilities (noise, banging, uproar and shouting). The one who manages this deplorable facility should have been on the stock market and engaged in some other business a long time ago. Honest advice to everyone, avoid this place.

We wanted to give Terme Jezercica one more chance after previous (not so good) experiences. Again, they have the same problem - abnoxiously loud staff who are doing everything to disrupt your relaxation by banging while cleaning. The guests are also terrible - coming into saunas in their slippers and bathing suits, talking loudly with no retard to other visitors. Ghastly.

Last week we visited Terme Jezerčica for the 10th time. This time we got a room with the so-called gallery, i.e. the beds were upstairs. So, who doesn't want or cannot climb up, should not take this kind of room. And now, in the summer, it is warmer on the gallery than downstairs. Otherwise everything was very good: the pools, the food, the staff. If you want to avoid possible crowd, it is better to plan a stay on weekdays., as Sundays and holidays many people come to the pools. Certainly. we will come again. We got the information that the renovation of the resort will start in Ocotber, so we are certain that the Terme Jezerčica will be even better.

They reconstructed the spa zone and turned a beautiful place full of natural light with grey-black marmor imitation and cheap curtains into a crypt. Who would prefer a cave instead of a spot with big windows and view? Except of course the "experts" who turn everything to worse whatever they touch and turning a place of wellness into a sad bunker of unwellness. (And of course not thinking of basic things like hooks for towels or that water flows down the sinks!) Ridiculous.

We got back again (for the 9th time) and had a wonderful week, meeting all the requirements we had for a good, good relaxation. I won't repeat good thing from my previous reviews. This time I would like especially to stress the kindness and professional atitude of all the staff. And next to praise the food, especially the cakes! Whoever is is charge of making them - bravo!!! We were again very satisfied with the room we got, the pools (it's good that the "old" indoor pool is not so hot as it used to be - quite a relaxation after a good swim) and with the overall atmosphere. Almost needless to mention that we'll certainly come again.

We stayed there in August when all indor pools and outdoors where open. Hotel are connected with pool area what is great. It was really crowded during our stay. Hotel is basic 3* old Croatian hotel. Some renovation will be welcomed but for few days is fine. Hotel food was average but in pool area you have better restaurants. For me termal water in indor pools was little to warm... but it is termal and it supposte to be earm :-)
