WE HAD A FRIDGE The toilet sit had some soap smudge on it and initially thought is something else but if foamed when tried to clean it (I always have sanitizer with me as is only human to miss a spot and do a mistake. Didn't kill me cleaning that myself. Housekeeping job ain't easy. Bless you all. Just keep a better eye to avoid Karen type❤️) The receptionists were all friendly and happy to assist me with both check in and check out. We absolutely loved our room and the view was magnificent. The dawn was heavenly seen from our window❤️ What I loved the most was the fact that in the room we had a FRIDGE. Many hotels don't have that anymore and imagine having a room without a fridge with this heatwave going on 🥵 I will attach a photo with our beautiful view🤩 This hotel will be my top choice whenever I'll need a room around the area. Clean room, clean hallway, clean reception area. Please keep an eye for the accessible rooms. Read all description and detail before booking as they have special rooms for people with a health condition and the room will have some things at a low level to the ground. Will be your fault for not choosing the right room not the hotel's as you need to read description always. Don't take it out to the staff for your own mistake😊 Seen a lot complaining about that, as I've seen also about the rooms accessible and didn't understand the term initially, until I went through the details. After reading the details I knew exactly what room I need to book and what would not be convenient for me🙌 Bless you all and hope this review will be of help to some of you at least 😊

Das regent Hotel ist ein historisches Familienhotel, das sich in der Nähe des Zentrums von Dincaster befindet, etwa 10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof gegenüber einem kleinen Park entfernt. Die Bar und das Restaurant sind mit der Rezeption unten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und willkommen. Die Zimmer sind über mehreren Stockwerke, ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer am Rücken. Die Zimmer waren klein, aber hatten Fenster, Arbeitstop, Kettle und ein Queensize-Bett und ein kleines TV. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber sieht etwas datiert aus, was sich in dem Preis widerspiegelt, der fair ist und der Wert für Geld. Hat eine gute Nacht schlafen und wird wieder bleiben.

Wir haben gerade eine perfekte Hochzeit im Mount Pleasant Hotel, die ganze Erfahrung war großartig. Mein neuer Frau und ich blieben in der Taittinger Spa Suite, die großartig war. Viele unserer Gäste blieben da und kommentierten alle, wie geräumig und sauber ihre Zimmer waren. Der einzige leichte Nebenanstieg war Lärm in den Korridoren während der Nacht, die einige störte, aber wir waren nicht betroffen. Das Essen und das Personal im Restaurant sind beide von hoher Qualität. Wir haben bemerkt, dass dieses Hotel nicht von einem Mangel an Personal betroffen scheint, was heute etwas gemein scheint. Das macht wirklich einen Unterschied zu Ihrer Erfahrung. Die Hochzeitserfahrung in diesem Hotel war perfekt und wir empfehlen es jedem, der über die Buchung ihrer Hochzeit dort nachdenkt. Page, ihre Hochzeitskoordinator ist hervorragend, wie alle Mitarbeiter, die effizient arbeiten, um Ihren Tag so besonderen zu machen. Insbesondere Ross war auch hervorragend und obwohl das Hotel viele Hochzeiten beherbergt sie immer noch gelang, unsere Gefühle speziell und einzigartig zu machen. Der ganze Tag ging ohne Schaum mit fantastischen Essen und Service überall. Vielen Dank, wir werden wieder sein!

The service was very good and the room was great - I was on the 5th floor and I loved the view of the Minster! Breakfast set me up for the day. The location is also ideal if you want to be right in Doncaster city centre and a short walk to the train station.

Die höchste Bewertung: Kein Bergbauwasser, keine einmalige Zahnfässer, Schleifen, Zahnfässer, das Zimmer ist sehr kalt und keine Wärme! Im zweiten Stock gibt es keine Treppen! Da es mehr Dinge gibt, ist es müde, wenn es umgeht, dann ist das Schleifpapier sehr wenig, grundsätzlich nicht neu!

Noisey upstairs neighbours stomping around while my 1 year old is asleep. Kids running up and down the hallway and knocking on mine and my families doors thinking it’s funny when it isn’t (think it was some dance competition or something) so their parents should teach them to A) sleep at 10pm at night (seriously what young child is awake past 10pm!) and B) be quiet. So please be aware when staying during weekends/terms etc. My sister went to complain to reception, lady said she’d come and tell the parents but nothing happened so it carried on.. Location is amazing but I think when big groups come maybe try and put them all on one floor (preferably the bottom floor) so everyone else can get a peaceful night sleep. It’s best to be prepared for things like this so you don’t get complaints Bed was comfy (when I actually got some sleep) Tap pressure wasn’t so good (spraying instead of running water) Ate next door for 1 of the 3 nights - was good, just took a while to come as it was busy (30 mins for my babies food) (1 hour for ours)

This is honestly the most disgusting place I have ever stayed. Me and some friends stayed for one night to attend the races. Had it not have been a special event for my friend, I would’ve complained the second we arrived. However we had an hour to get ready and leave. The room myself and a friend were given was vile and guests shouldn’t be allowed to stay in it. The entire room stank of smoke and was stained brown, from the walls to the iron bed and the wardrobe- someone had clearly been chain smoking in it for some time. It was so bad that we opened the window wide open from the start of our stay at 3pm and kept it open when we left at 4pm. We returned at 11:30pm and the smell was so bad that 7 hours with the window wide open hadn’t helped at all. it was still difficult to breathe in. We both woke up multiple times in the night not being able to breathe (I’m asthmatic) and decided to pack up and leave at 7am. On top of this, the beds were awful, the wardrobe stank of smoke, the bathroom vinyl had a huge hole in it, the sink was smashed, the bathroom light didn’t work and the entire ceiling was covered in mould. There honestly wasn’t a single positive. The second I got home I contacted the hotel for a refund to complain about the absolute state of this room. (This room was much worse than the others our friends stayed in although they were also horrid) At first they were really helpful and someone said I’d get a refund as they admitted they had inspected the room, they needed lots of refurb, it had been closed off for guests and did smell of smoke. I was very understanding after they explained it was under new management and they knew improvements needed to be made. However, my refund never arrived. I continued sending polite messages every few months and consistently got told this matter had been escalated to ‘customer relations’ (pretty sure they don’t exist and I’m being laughed at, at this point) It’s been 10 months since our stay and all I want is a refund but realistically this won’t happen so now I just want this accommodation to be avoided- Even if you’re not looking for anything fancy when attending stag do’s/ hen do’s/ the Doncaster races, it’s not safe and I can imagine Doncaster has more comfortable/hygienic/ less smelly bins. Hopefully the videos attached show the full situation. I’ll be looking into taking further legal action as I’ve had long term respiratory complications since this stay from spending 7 hours in this room. I honestly have no idea who wrote the 41 excellent reviews but they’re clearly friends of the owners or must’ve been paid to write them. Not to overemphasise my earlier points but I’d rather sleep in a bin/ the street/a jail cell than stay here again. I just want my money and health back. PS- these videos were taken on a high quality camera. The air quality really was so bad that the entire room was brown/smoky.

we have just returned from a 2 night stay at the hex. the check in was quick and we were told about things. although the reception area is a short walk from the hotel. we were on the 2nd floor where we could see the wolves and tapirs. it was very quiet except for the sea lions making some noise nothing major. our room was of good size with a comfortable bed and lovely pillows. there was a hospitality tray which contained a good selection. also a safe and small fridge. the only downside was the bean bag . the room and bathroom was very clean. there was a good selection of toiliteries in the reasonable sized bathroom the shower was excellent with plenty of hot water. there was a room containing vending machines micriowave. the breakfast in the bistro was of good choice. we ate here for our evening meal which was good value although drinks r a bit on the expensive side. evolution the other dining area was closed. electric scooters are available to hire , it is a long walk round the park but plenty of benches to rest if needed. our stay was very enjoyable and cannot wait to return very soon/

Wir blieben hier die Nacht, bevor wir von Robin Hood Flughafen fliegen und was ein Gestein eines Hotels! Personal ging oben und darüber, um unseren Aufenthalt wieder und komfortabel zu machen. Simon der dienstleiter war sehr freundlich und hilfreich! Simon hat unsere Bedürfnisse beeinträchtigt und uns näher gekommen, um unseren Transport zum Flughafen mit uns aus zu fragen! Der Kundenservice, den wir erhalten haben, war viel größer als jedes andere Kettehotel, auf dem wir verblieben haben. Das Frühstück hat eine umfangreiche Auswahl und obwohl es am Morgen besetzt war, wurde es sehr gut verwaltet! Das Zimmer war komfortabel und erfüllt alle unsere Anforderungen für unseren Aufenthalt. Insgesamt eine schöne Nacht weg, bevor wir auf Urlaub gehen! Danke!
