Budget hotel. Good value near the airport. Cleanliness could be better but it’s generally ok. Food is just decent. There is a Spa with a good offer of treatments and a small gym.

The Zabeer Hotel DHAKA is TERRIBLE !!!. NEVER 4star Hotel, even 1 STAR is too high. !!! I couldn't sleep at all whole Night and Check-out right a way after 1 night stay. -BLOOD mark on all Bed Cover -Strange OIL on whole Floor and I almost slip down with slipperly few times. -NO WASH, NO CLEAN at all. -SEWER DRAIN stuck at Shower room and water NOT go out, all Water comes out to Bathroom floor. -Half USED BETTER covered and placed as a New Better for customer eating in restoreant(photos is just opened) I check-out because I couldn't sleep at all whole night due to above condition and Hotel also agreeded right after they verified by themselves what I complained. I asked thru Travel Agency for Refund for UNSTAYED NIGHT ONLY althouth I never slept in first nigth, if I asked whole refund ,I may ask too much. but I ONLY REQUIRED REFUND NOT Spend night only. Finally, Hotel Refused Refund althougth They Agreeded for all above such a BAD condition provided me. I Travel all over the contries, used +50 different Hotels in different counties. and understand sometimes can be not clean.etc. I'm not a Picky person and Never leave for any bad comments before, This is First time I leave comemnts here, Totally Totally UNACCEPTABLE AGAIN !!!, Anyone looking for Hotel booking, BE AWARE for above comemnts . this is TRUE and ACTUAL EXPREIENCE that I had. The Zabeer Hotel DHAKA is NEVER EVER 4 Start Hotel. 1 Star Hotel is More than Enough .!!!

Good hotel however during my booking period, the hotel relocated me on 2nd night out of 3 nights due to no room availability but my booking already paid. So quite inconvenient to pack and go to other hotel but not with same price of my current booking. But they offer again to stay at 3rd night but it will be troublesome to again pack and repacking luggage.

Lovely hotel, good breakfast, reasonable value for the money paid, Close to Airport in Uttara Sector 1, awesome part of Dhaka. Uber anywhere you like easily. And the staff are really good. Room was so clean and everything worked! I'm a Dhaka regular will rebook again Thanks
