Fantastic and economic stay , quality of food was very excellent and staff was good and supportive

It was a last minute booking as no 5 star was available though the room was very basic, but then I paid as well as very basic. Overall good stay

This is the worst hotel I ever visited . In all non smoking room you feel like someone smoke . Lot of things are broken . Staff is very untrained and chewing tobacco all time. Service is terrible. They show good pictures of the room on website and give you dirty dark rooms . Overall bad property to stay if you traveling from overseas.

The google map location is wrong. We went from East delhi to Okhla and back to east delhi because of this. No one answers the call on reception even after multiple attempts and they keep talking to someone else if by mistake they pick up your call. The rooms were dingy and we could hear other people talking in the other rooms as well. Old and scrapped style almirahs, beds etc. Not worth it at all for what you pay. Horrible experience from parking to staying.

사진과 비교했을 때, 차이가 많습니다. 시설이 녹슬거나 낡거나 파손되어 있습니다. 하루 숙박 후 더 머물지 결정할 생각이었는데, 객실에 들어서는 순간 옮기겠다 결정했습니다 제 기대치가 다소 높았던 것 같아요.. 그럼에도 좋았던 것을 공유합니다. 다음 이용자들에게 참고가 되길 바랍니다. ㆍ벨보이는 매우 친절했습니다. ㆍ에어컨 소음이 있지만, 확실히 시원한 바람을 제공합니다. ㆍTV는 좋았습니다.(단, 채널을 찾기 어려워 보진 못했어요)

Restaurant food and spread needs bit improvement however Jitendra was good in all regards. His service was excellent and was very helpful all the time. He handled busy operations well and was very diligent. We will visit again to enjoy the same.

Fooding is top notch and the restaurant staffs are very cool, particularly Jitender is very polite and professional. This particular Ginger is very average kind of below but the restaurant made me change my decision, it's very nice. It's a must visit if someone is looking for a budget hotel for a night or two, please opt for MAP plan as it will get you a very good deal, because restaurant in particular is very nice and I believe your spend will be worth it. I hope you get served by Jitender.

Very good hotel for budget . 15 mnts to train station in traffic. And 8 mnts with out traffic Everything is in place , good maintenance and great food for sure helpful staff(Jitendra Yadav and others were there) . WiFi was not good for a day due to technical problem but later it was restored .

Stayed at Ginger Hotel and had a great experience. Neeraj ensured the rooms were spotless, and Jitendar Yadav provided excellent food service. Overall it’s a great option for a budget friendly and convenient stay particularly for business travelers or short trips Highly recommend!

The restaurant service was wonderful. Appreciate Jitendra Yadav for his excellent hospitality at the restaurant. I have stayed in several ginger across the country. This one is at par with Tata standards. Ginger has been my go to place for any vacation.

Decent property... Food taste is good... But the service of Mr. JITENDRA is out of the world... Amazing person, smiling always.. helped my elderly parents too in serving hot food.. we stayed during xmas time. The water was not clean in washroom barring that everything was just perfect
