The property manager didn’t accept our booking even though we had a confirmation voucher. We were taken to a different hotel in a location that was distant to where we wanted to be located.
There were minimal supplies provided for our week stay. We had to purchase bathroom supplies, and drinking water. The clothes washer wasn’t connected but our laundry was taken and washed free of charge.
The room needed pest treatment as there were cockroaches and ants.
Trip.com support were helpful but unfortunately the property manager didn’t communicate with us after relocating us to this hotel.
We would not recommend using this property manager.
This was not a Trip.com issue.
