Highly recommend. Staff very helpful, spacious & clean rooms.

This hotel is walking distance from the main train station. The rooms were nice and a nice mixture of modern and old fashioned. The price was reasonable and it’s right in Old Town so there is a lot to do around.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Very clean and warm. Bathroom was lovely with underfloor heating!o

Alles super gut, sehr nettes Personal, schönes ruhiges Zimmer und sehr leckeres Frühstück. Alles was man sich wünscht, um einige tolle Tage in Krakau zu verbringen. Sehr gute Lage, um die Stadt zu erkunden., alles gut erreichbar. Wir können das Hotel definitiv weiter empfehlen!!! Vielen Dank für die nette Geste!

We chose this hotel for it’s impeccable location and it didn’t disappoint. The location is in the heart of the old town where lots of restaurants, shops and coffee shops just around the corner. The bus stops are a few minutes walking also and if you want to do some shopping: Galeria Krakowska is about a ten minute walk away. Our room was on the third floor and was quite modern and quiet also. The reception was always so professional and friendly and booked some tours for us that were great as we were picked out just from the hotel. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in the centre of Krakow!

We are just back from a 4 night break. I loved this hotel! We requested a quiet room and we were put on floor 4. Lovely and quiet. The room was absolutely spotless and we went over that room with a fine tooth comb. We are a bit paranoid about bed bugs so we had a uv light and a red light with us. The beds were stripped and checked, the carpets were checked. Nothing. Not even a stain. The one thing I would suggest though is that the hotel invest in some pillow protection and new pillows. The bathroom was lovely and the room was huge! The hotel organised pick up and drop off from the airport for us. And the hotel is really central in the old town so you really are next to everything. Breakfast was buffet and you can also order some items from a menu. If you come down nearer the end of breakfast, there is a lot less on offer. There is no option for dinner at the hotel and there is no bar open either but since you are so close to restaurants and bars, it doesn't make a difference to your stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel, very comfortable 4 night stay. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff, kept the room clean. Breakfast very tasty in the sister hotel across the street. Will be returning as interested in the finished renovation. Although this was being carried out it, you would not know.

This is an amzing hotel . The lecation is in the center of the old town . Walking distance from many hot spots of Krakow. The room was very comfortable with all the facilities . The staff was very kind and very helpfull.The breakfsst was vert tastesty

Located in the heart of Old Town, this is the perfect spot whether here on business or passing through. It can be hard for taxis to get here during certain rush hours, but it's a short walk to the Bolt/Uber pickup points. It's a stone's throw away from the central square and the heart of Old Town Krakow. Thus, very very convenient. Breakfast was great with excellent service - it's a buffet with a la carte/make to order options the polite staff will come around to offer. Wifi signal was good, there's a spa and sauna as well. Some of it is slightly dated, but the location and cleanliness make up for it. Staff were very professional and helpful. You can do bag drop if needed as well. Looking forward to the next visit.

We were booked at the Unicus at the suggestion of Travel Local - specifically "Kasia"- that we found online while researching vacations in Poland. We live in Orlando, FL and were greatly anticipating a trip as a couple to Poland for my wife's birthday. We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and were greatly pleased and extremely impressed by the staff, the food, the room and the location. My wife fell in love with the atmosphere of the dining room. The staff was friendly and so happy to be helpful in all ways, and it made us feel very welcome and appreciated. The front desk staff was also very friendly, professional and very supportive with our requests for information and services. We will absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Poland. The hotel public areas look good, the rooms are from the 70’s and need renovation. DON’T use food & beverage. Rip off, extremely poor quality and very expensive. You’re better going to the local supermarket and saving 80%. The beds were comfortable and clean, the carpet stained, the bathroom vanity laminate damaged and looks unhygienic.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. It is ideally located and close to everything. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. We had an issue with our flight home and we had to book an extra night, the reception team were so helpful they booked us in for another night in the same room so we didn't have to change rooms. Housekeeping was around evey morning the place was spotless. Looking forward to returning again.
