Die Erfahrung war sehr schlecht. Es war ursprünglich ein Doppelbett, aber es wurde nur ein Bett bereitgestellt. Kein Frühstück am Morgen des 5. Februar

Very nice and strategic location. Staffs are friendly helpfull even only speak english little. Breakfast is okay taste fine. In the middle of the centre near everywhere

The room was dusty, especially on light switches and sockets. It was very noisy at night, those who sleep lightly should choose another hotel. The staff don't speak English very well, although that's probably wrong in a tourist town. The breakfast wasn't the most delicious, and it was very meager. If the room was half the price, it would be fine. But for that price, see other hotel

Hotel was clean and comfortable, the location is very convenient and close to many places, and the breakfast selection was quite complete with many options. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. However, the female receptionist was not very friendly and seemed less welcoming during check-in. I hope the hotel can improve the hospitality service in the future.

Such a great location next to the night market; however, it's a bit noisy for light sleepers. Many coffee shops in front of the hotel and a few minutes walk to the beautiful lake in Dalat.

Everything is good only except it is noisy till 1130pm, the bar opposite is open concept. Breakfast spread wasn't that fantastic, too. Not recommended for family with very young children.

Great location by the day market, and night market, everything else is within walking distance. The room staff and food service all been great.

Before confirming this hotel we checked with staff from Sandles Camellia if the rooms in Flora were air-conditioned which they said yes however rooms WITHOUT window only had aircon while those with window come with only FAN. We were trying hard to find the aircon controls but silly us took too long, more than 15mins, to report that there was no aircon resulted us in having to keep the room. Flora could have admitted their misinformation n changed the room inspite of us taking a little longer to report it. If they were gracious enough to change the room for us this feedback would have been so very different. However I must say that the location is marvellous since the entrance of the hotel is right at the Dalat night market! So convenient!

Room is small. Shower is too close to WC. No curtains. Floor has no anti slip rubber mats . Dangerous for old folks. Informed the house keeping but no actions taken. Breakfast so so.

The location is excellent! Overall an enjoyable stay!
