Tôi đi du lịch rất nhiều nơi nhưng chưa từng gặp 1 ks có những nhân viên và quản lý như ks này hỗn láo với khách hàng .Dịch vụ phòng thì không đúng như khi thuê như bêos điện , máy sấy tóc, nồi đun nấu .Khi đc hỏi tới lại bảo thông cảm cho ks.Vệ sinh trong phòng rất bẩn báo dọn phòng hôm nay trưa mai giục mới cho ng dọn ,điều hòa thì kêu ù ù trong phòng .Khi mình xuống thanh toán tiền trước để mai mình bay sớm họ nói cái ga giường Mà thực sự thất vọng khi ga giường 2 đứa nhỏ nhà mình lớn tới 14tuoi họ đổ lỗi cho con mình làm rách mà 1 cái ga rách 1 vết như xé ra tới gần 50cm hết sức vô.lý .Khi mình ở tại phòng lúc họ dọn o báo gì tới chiều tối lễ tân lại bảo là bị rách và đền mình 500k.Mình o chịu và quản lý cãi tay đôi mình chỉ chấp nhận đền 100k cho xong vì nhìn cái ga nó quá mục do dùng lâu ngày ,ga đen bẩn trên ga nhiều vết mục nát .Họ dọa giữ căn cước của mình khi không đền 500k này .Thực sự quá thất vọng khi tới Đà nẵng nghỉ tại khách sạn này .Mọi ngưòi đừng nghe theo quảng cáo mình đã nghỉ mình nói sự thật để mọi ng tránh xa .Nhân viên và quản lý nơi đây ăn nói hết sức mất dạy còn bảo mìnb thôi coi như là đi Cúng dường mất 400k cái ga mình rất bức xúc lúc đó .Nhưng do 2 người bảo quản lý ở đó biết mình ghi âm tất cả cuộc nói chuyện nên đành phải hạ giọng và chấp nhận số tiền đền đó.Số tiền đó o đáng nhưng làm cho mình bức xúc 1 chuyến đi nghỉ 5 ngày 4 đêm tại Đà nẵng lần này
