Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, and roomy with excellent service where we had lunch. The food was good and great value for money and the service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well-equipped and comfortable. All credits go to the entire team.

Location was about 15 minutes drive from the airport. Relatively new hotel and very clean! Staff were friendly and responsive too. However there wasn’t any convenience store nearby. Had to walk about 10 minutes away to find one. But the fact that the mini bar was complimentary and that it was replenished on a daily basis made up for it :) mini bar consisted of water, juices, canned drinks, potato chips, dried mango snack and biscuits :) location was also about 15 minutes drive from theme parks like Asia Park and the night markets. The hair conditioner was mixed with a lot of water so it was not the best. Good to bring your own if you are particular. Overall a good stay! Thanks! :)

Service is superb, room was comfortable size. In-room bar was free to take, with various drinks and beers, chocolates. Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, and many other apps. Breakfast spread was awesome too. Only downside is that there’s nothing much nearby but you can travel around easily via Grab

So excellent experience at Bay Capital Da Nang. The staffs here are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and new. they provide free drinks and snacks every day! Location is very good - I can even see the dragon bridge from the room.

A very new 5-star hotel. Great service received from all staff, be it counter or bellboy etc. Esp Henry and Jasmine (or Chesmine) and others who I didn’t ask for their names, I m so sorry. Indicated to celebrate son’s bday before reaching. In fact, with the holiday mood and no calendar in mind, almost forgot which day his bday is 😅. Thanks to Henry checking w me when they should deco the room n send the cake up etc. and they really surprised him when we returned from ba na hill that night! Cleanliness is great too even for a fuzzy mom like me. Was checking out the mattress and beddings in other hotels. But I totally forgot to check it out until hubby mentioned it cuz the hotel gave me a very clean feeling. True as I thought, the beddings n mattress are good and new too! Location wise, a little walking to Han market and cathedral etc, like 15-20 mins for a family with young kids. But we grab most the time cuz it’s really cheap there. Breakfast closes at 10am. We were there at about 9.40am, they allowed us to hv it without giving the feeling to “chase us away”, like keeping the food etc even it was already 10am when we left. All drinks and snacks in the minibar as shown in two attached photos are all free and replenished daily should you request it! Already recommended to many abt Bay Capital! Will 100% return to Bay Capital if going to Da nang again! Thanks again!👏

New quality hotel, friendly staff that is willing to help, even allowed us to checkout later in the day as our flight was in the evening, Buffet breakfast was quality, good varieties of choices, but was the same every day, would if been nice if they could changed it around abit for choices Room was nice and spacious,we had a bath tub that we used nightly after a long day out to relax Fridge was refilled daily with drinks, water, beer and snacks Overall was value for money Would come again in the future if I come to Danang

Outstanding new luxury hotel in Da Nang city/river area, with very professional, delightful and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms/facilities, as well as top quality F&B options. Had repeat stay here during my Da Nang visits and still very impressed and pleasant amazed here. Excellent value and offered and very pleasant experience staying here. Hotel is few months old but I had a great experience with Bay Capital Da Nang. Service was awesome and location is near to the ferry terminal. I will definitely stay here back again. 👍🏻

Wow just amazing. Love everything bout this place. No complaints whatsoever. Just wish I had more time here. Will definitely be back.

The hotel was very cozy and the staff was helpful and kind when serving us. The gym is well equipped and spacious.

Facilities: Excellent gym, pool is small. The breakfast buffet is quite good with decent options. Room: Very large bathtub. Was provided with many drinks, food daily, and welcome fruits. Able to see the dragon bridge from far from the room. The room size is also very large. One of the few hotels in Danang I would be back again for.

Excellent hotel, excellent service, clean, central, highly recommend, I came back once more.
