Das Hotel ist generell gut, das Personal überaus hilfreich und kundenorientiert. Die Lage ist toll, nahezu in der Mitte der Altstadt, alle interessanten Punkte sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Frühstück ist ok. Die Zimmer sind sauber und hell, die Fenster können geöffnet werden. Zimmer mit der Endnummer 01 besser nicht akzeptieren, da es in Liftnähe ständig zu Lärmbelästigung, durch Koffer die über den unebenen Steinboden gezogen werden, kommt. Der Gang vor den Zimmern ist mit Teppich ausgestattet deshalb wird es immer ruhiger je weiter man vom Lift entfernt ist. Das Zimmer wurde gewechselt, es war absolut problemlos und ging sehr flott. In unmittelbarer Nähe findet man kleine Wäschereien, die, für ein paar Sol pro Kilogramm Wäsche, ihre Dienste anbieten. Abgeholt werden kann die Kleidung dann schon nach zwei Stunden, oder wird ins Hotel geliefert. Für einen Aufenthalt von zwei Nächten ist das Novotel grundsätzlich zu empfehlen.

Carmen, ihre Familie und das übrige Personal hier waren fantastisch. Wir hatten eine Gruppe von 15 hier zu bleiben und sie waren so hilfsbereit und untergebracht. Sie arbeiten so hart und sie Platz ist so willkommen und einladend aufgrund dessen. Wenn ich jemals in Cusco zurück bin, bleibt hier sicher!!

Ganz in der Nähe der malerischen Gegend, der Service ist sehr gut, es gibt eine Frage und Antwort, die WLAN-Geschwindigkeit ist auch in Ordnung, das Zimmer hat eine Heizung, sehr neu, die Lichtwirkung ist sehr gut, es gibt eine kostenlose Abholung, Es gibt ein Reisebüro, um einen Tagesausflug zu erleichtern, aber der Preis ist teurer als der äußere Punkt. Das Frühstück ist nicht schlecht, das Getränk Obst ist sehr reichhaltig. Es ist jedoch sehr seltsam, dass sich der Preis von Ctrip geändert hat. Ich beschloss, in der ersten Nacht mehr als 800 Bestellungen aufzugeben. Die Zahlung wird nicht verschoben. Nach einem halben Tag stellte ich fest, dass der Preis über 900 geworden ist, also änderte ich ihn auf über 900. Bezahlen. Ich war für eine Nacht hier und wollte fortfahren, der Ctrip-Preis wurde 1400 und dann 1600. Später blieb ich für die erste Nacht von Ctrip an der Rezeption. In den nächsten Tagen befindet sich Ctrip immer noch in dieser Situation. Es hat sich geändert und das Hotel hat mir einen Festpreis gegeben. Ich verstehe nicht, warum Ctrip das in diesem Hotel macht.

Incredible, absolutely wonderful experience. Words cannot express my gratitude towards Giara,Walter and all the wonderful stop at Katharine Apt Hotel for taking such good care of me. First of all the location is very close to the airport, a nine dollar taxi ride. It is perfectly located on the main street close to everything at walking distance. Major grocery stores 11 minutes away main Plaza 10 minutes away, walking, Mercado San Pedro 15 min walking. My check in experience was a breeze. I just notified the business right next door, Peru, rail office who got Giara who is a sweet, adorable person. Right away I knew I was in good hands. She showed me my apartment which was apartment number nine. I had two beds and they were so clean. Pillows and sheets smelled impeccably clean. The place was beautiful. I had a kitchenette with a microwave and stove top. I had limited kitchen equipment, but I asked Giara to provide me with more things and she was helpful. I had piping hot water, toilet paper, and even a wonderful kettle to boil my tea. They provide you with a breakfast menu and every morning I texted her on WhatsApp to tell her what I wanted for breakfast. They had good options. It was so nice to have someone make breakfast for you. She was so sweet what really impressed me however, was for the first day I arrived in Peru I had a severe case of altitude sickness. It was so bad I seriously thought I was gonna die. I wasn’t able to walk get up or do anything so Giara called the doctor to come and visit me. Her partner Walter went to the drugstore and got me an oxygen tank and some altitude sickness pills. The doctors visit and the pills cost me $70. The doctor also gave me pills included in all this price incredible within two days I was all better and able to go to Machu Picchu. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without them because I am a solo traveler. There is nothing more scary than getting sick when you’re in a foreign country thank you Giara, Walter, and all the staff at Katharine apt hotel. I will be back, and I will always stay here. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cusco. The price is incredible, the staff go above and beyond for you, and if it rains, they even provide umbrellas! What more can you ask for? I am so grateful I stayed here. ❤️

Ein schönes Hotel, sauber und angenehm. gutes Service, leckeres Frühstück, und die Lage ist sehr gut, es ist nicht weit vom historischen Zentrum entfernt. Von dem Tag, an dem wir reserviert haben, haben sie uns gute Informationen und sogar mehr Informationen über andere Orte gegeben. Danke für Ihre freundliche Aufmerksamkeit.

Such a great hostel! Really good vibes, perfect chilling spots and very comfy beds. I was with a group of friends but it would be good for solo travellers too as we met loads of people. Very clean and the staff are super friendly and helpful. They also have free yoga classes on Thursday and Friday mornings if you love yoga!! Couldn’t recommend more.

Das Hotel liegt 15 Gehminuten vom Hauptplatz entfernt. Es ist ruhig und ruhig, bietet aber einen hervorragenden Ansatz zur historischen Stadt. We were in Cusco for what should have been an 11 day trip and turned into a 15 day trip due to Lima International Airport being closed for 3 days because of an airport runway accident. The hotel room was clean and the staff was completely amazing. We were able to store our bags during our trip to Machu Picchu. My brother left his phone in a taxi and they helped us get it back and arranged a meeting with the driver. After the accident they were able to shift reservations to allow us to stay for additional days based on when we were able to get out of the airport. The bartender staff was prompt and helped us with a variety of questions we had.
