Additionally reception didnt see my reservation in the system I had to change the room twice before finnaly can rest

The room and bed passed the black light test, so there's that. Pretty much downhill from there. The pictures and description on TripAdvisor are terribly Out Of Date. Breakfast now is yogurt, cornflakes, plain bagels with occasional flavored bagels added. There is A toaster and limited condiments. the"juice" is orange drink with, I suppose, some juice content. Housekeeping was non-existent unless I approached cleaners directly. They were polite about being interrupted and individually helpful. I had no automatic housekeeping service in 16 days. On day 15, the battery in the door lock died. When I returned in the evening, it took 3 trips down stairs to get an office person to come with key to open the door. Meanwhile my friend and our take-out dinners were waiting in the wind on the second story walkway. I then had to find a key person for the remainder of my stay. When finally checking out the next day, it was mentioned that the door situation was happening regularly. I do fault TripAdvisor somewhat for their pictures and descriptions of this property being so mis-leading. Hot breakfast and good housekeeping were 2 of 3 reasons for selecting this hotel. Having traveled to help a familt member with surgical recovery, I really didn't need additional angst.

If a dirty room and finding a huge silverfish under your pillow is your idea of acceptable accommodations, then by all means, stay here!

Utterly disgusting in every possible measure of a hotel. The pictures online are misleading and not worth the price.

This place is dirty. I asked the staff to accommodate me and was told the prices were not updated when I am active duty for cost. I was here on business and personally traveling with a family member who needed accommodations. I had to book through a third party because the person working that night was too lazy to help actually book me in.

The room stunk and the noise level was unprecedented when we only came in the room after midnight every night, this was definitely nothing I would book again. The room above was lively all hours of the night as were the cars going in and out of the building with loud music!

need better customer service as far as explaining to guest the hotel policy and if they have house keeping and if there were any problems wiht your room. I cheked out early and they don't seemed care.

We would stay at this motel again. we may be there again next year. The price was reasonable. The staff were excellent and accommodating. It was definitely friendly and the area felt safe, away from traffic. Restaurants or fast food were nearby.
