I highly recommend that all Africans throughout the diaspora visit Benin Republic for historical purposes. When you plan your trip, you must stay at the Benin Royal Hotel. I will begin with the lovely people who work there. They are so kind and gracious. They make you feel like a special and honored guest. My husband and I visited and were treated like royalty by the front desk staff, the people who serve your food, the chef, the housekeeping staff, and the breakfast team. If you need anything, just ask for it. Remember that you are visiting a very hot climate, so things need frequent repair. Just bring it to the attention of the staff, and someone will ring your bell in moments to attend to the problem. The team wants to make sure you have a wonderful time. In fact, as we were checking out, the management noticed us struggling with our luggage, and dropped everything to help us down the stairs-she was dressed up for a function and he was wearing a suit-but they didn't hesitate! The place is so beautiful that during our week there, they hosted several meetings and conferences, a photo shoot, and a wedding. Ich bin wieder für einen Aufenthalt im Noah Garden auf einer Rückreise nach Cotonou zurückgekehrt.
