After reading all the reviews I decided to take a chance and book this boutique hotel and I got a balcony. My room category was right near to the elevator and they were unable to accommodate a room change without me paying for an upgrade: the hotel seemed empty and my room was in a location where you heard people getting off and on the elevator at all hours. That and the hatd mattress…never again.

Mr josue and Mrs cloe was the best part of the trip they waited on us hand and foot we ain’t have to do nothing I really thank they need a raise… the experience was a 10/10 most definitely will be back with more people. The sight off the rooftop was reall amazing.

Pretty sure my perfume was stolen from my room. Pretty expensive perfume. Called about it and never got a response back. Didn’t seem concerned. Nice aesthetics but room was freezing cold. Good food. I thought the staff was pretty nice until I realized I had been bamboozled.

Thanks for lovely stay , ask for last minute stay rates. Excellent place, lagoon and sunset views are perfect. Thank you for this warm welcome. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and the breakfasts are a delight. Thank you to the staff for taking care of us. An hotel to recommend, that's for sure. We will be happy to come back.

We are in love with the place, the service and all the attention provided. Our experience staying here was amazing. All the staff did a great job especially Josue, the Valet guy. I definitely recomend O:LV 55 and we will coming back hopefully soon. Thank you for everything your staff did for us, you guys are the best!!!

This hotel was amazing! The staff was always friendly, going above and beyond to open the doors for you, escort you to the elevator and make sure you had everything you need. The rooms were exactly as pictured and felt very luxurious! I would definitely stay here again!
